Also a brake proportion valve extension bracket is a good idea for lifts 2”+ (whack one up in the shed) and a service on them (pain in the arse btw haha)

Hey mate, I know someone selling a tb42 carby automatic with low km’s and a decent price. Do you think it is a reliable engine and worth the purchase ?

Honestly the carb were prob the worst of them, efi heaps better, carb just not very fuel efficient. But could prob convert to a efi.
Or even efi turbo, i did a video on one a while back. If tge body is in good nick that is the biggest hurdle with a gq. If roof has no rust you are on a winner

all you need is a bit of diesel or petrol and get out and try. youll soon learrn what you do and dont need.
