I was just in Rabat a week ago looking at investment properties. I truly loved it and can't wait to visit Marrakech. Compared to other available properties, I could see I was being quoted exaggerated prices for all the renovation work that needed to be done. I'm wondering what system do you use in Morocco to determine a property sales prices or appraised value? I'd love to see some of the properties for sale in Marrakech.

Hi Toi. To be honest the market is rather opaque, especially in the Medina. That's why you should use an experienced realtor. Values can vary significantly depending on location and quality of building. And of course the seller has an important word to say in the listed price.
