I eat a big breakfast, very lite like queen, very lite not to heavy supper popper.!! Strive for 5 eat 3 vegetables or 2 fruits or 3 fruits and 2 vegetables like that in between 😊❤

Indian Para Commandos are a million times tougher than this guy, they use it to protect the nation rather than showing it off. He exercises in a sophisticated gym and those guys train under the harshest conditions possible on this planet.
