non Culprit rca cto.
ambiguous moderate lesion of OM.
what to do.
primary pci to LAD done.
timi 2 flow in lad.
shifted to icu on gb2b 3a infusion.
brought back to cath lab after 48 hours to check lad.
timi III flow in lad.
CTO intervention to done.
plane to continue gdmt for om.

No.
Primary pci to LAD first then staged pci to rca during index admission.

Agree with above. U did such an awesome job. Shudda fixed the OM too. Anyway, when u bring him back after the abnormal stress, I guess u can reconfirm the LAD and RCA Stents are holding ok 👌

Did you have a backup plan to recross major diagonal of flow did not reappear?
