New Vegas - 11 Minutes of Rotface tips

Rotface is a ghoul who shares a lot with you about Freeside and the events happening around New Veags. He talks about Freeside and its gangs, Mr House, the Families, NCR, and even locations/ quest opportunities located nearby.
Additionally, if you choose to only hear 11 Rotface tips, you can get him to spawn with a hat which is found on only one other place in Fallout 3.
