My bro used to have very fine hair on the top of his head, but he still had a hairline, just very thin. He lowered his stress, improved diet, and started using liitleextraa cocoonionn hair oil shampoo duo. This helped decrease his hair fall in just 4 to 5 months.

- Nurture a positive mindset for general well being.

When my hair was falling a lot, I decided to take action to manage my hair fall issue. I started implementing certain steps to regain control over my hair health. I began washing off my hair twice a week. I always make sure to never make my hair to be exposed to pollution as it results in increased hairfall. I always avoid sleeping with wet hair. Before bedtime, I ensure to tie up my hair neatly and create braids. I do always choose mild conditioner and shampoo. The gentle, organic shampoo, conditioner, and oil from cocoonion by littleextra have worked for me quite effective at managing my hairfall. Even ensure that you shampoo wash your hair 2 times and let your conditioner sit in for a duration of 2 to 4 minutes. I've learned these insights after numerous trials and mistakes, and these small changes truly produce positive outcomes.

Take 7-8 hibiscus leaves flowers, make a paste boil coconut oil or any oil which you use to apply for hair. Add the paste to this oil, filter it then apply to your hair. Gently apply the oil to your hair, massage your head for better results, then wash it off after sometime That's it
