Oh back when people were happy the trio OG Cookies (Espresso, Purple Yam, and Vampire) Magic Candies and they are useful before they become useless again in Arena
Dark Cacao Cookie only being worst Ancient due to how weak he is. We all know he's a Ancient but counter by cookies
When Pure Vanilla Cookie get buff, he can counter Any Injuries Debuff and I'm so happy that Dark Cacao Cookie is the first Ancient Cookie to immune to Injury (If only he on his Awakened Form)

What worked for me was using peach at level 70 and full swift chocolate topping, just to get through the levels for the events 😂
I don't think anyone looking for tutorials has a fully leveled up ascended awakened Dark Cacao they're probably too busy already having beat the game
Sadly for me this team dies the second it meets the enemy.

THE FACT THAT IM FAILING ON EASY HELP
FYI for a lot of people this fight is bugged atm, mystic flour currently has a bug that wont allow her skill to be used after the last enemy falls, devsis says they are working on fixing it. You can see at 2:18 this poster uses MF skill with all enemies defeated for many players that's bugged atm and they cant.
Glad that's a bug and not intended, it's frustrating getting a good run started, only for your cookies to be absolutely obliterated by apathy
So annoying. T.T I used Peach Blossom instead of Financier on mine to beat it.
they can't use her skill because of story's cutscene - i got rid of that problem just by finishing the quest story line in easier mode
I have mystic flour and sometimes apathy still killed my cookies, but I need to do more damage before the timer runs out. Sadly I don’t have storm :(

You can use peach blossom. Try Stormbringer or Old Dark Cacao Cookie.

Financiers heals scale with attack, more attack more heals. Financiers also deals damage against enemies, so she also needs attack. But Financier usually uses Cooldown toppings though. You can use either toppings.
