I went to high school with a girl and her younger sister that were Dutch American (dads side) and Egyptian (mom). They had a similar structure to Bella and Gigi. So a lot of me thinks its natural because I've seen a girl who practically the same nationalities/ethnicity as them. She also had striking eyes, like Hila from h3h3.
