The majority of the people you see are serving soldiers. These are not just people dressed up for the occasion they are serving, decorated soldiers. It is the biggest showing since the last Coronation and it will be logistically very well all worked out.

These people, I should say the guards etc, are not hurting anyone and should be given respect, and it is great for tourism, it is fine and should be supported... Plus the UK is probably the best in the world at doing this.

Excuxs me but "harrassing the Guards as a lot of them do (not all of them so but the vast majority do, their behaviour at times and this is at most times, is unacceptable. Yes I agree with you that the tourists should be an asset but these are peoiple who never go into the Household Cavalry Shops on site nor in the Museum. so how is that an assett. The tourists have been coming to London as I have since 1953 every year and every year I have bought from their venues I have visited and that is what is known as supporting these venues. and because of the joy I get from my visits, I don't get "drunk" nor to I harrass the guardsmen and horses as i have had over so many years, I always buy items from their venues as I would sooner help to fund these young men and now women too who keep us safe year in year out.

The pagentry was a sight to behold...
I loved watching the skill of horseman handling their mounts. The marching of the forces representing the Commonwealth was truly a joy to watch. The working royals in regala and all the rest of the family members gathered to show loyalty. The support of the coronation of King Charles III and his queen Camilla was good to see. Still, remembering Princess Di. The tragedy of all this is that the rift in the family can be seen and felt. Bottom line, is that it is a family. Pure and simple. I hope that healing will happen at some point.
Forgiveness for what cannot be changed...

Try moving there and don’t be surprised if you feel differently. Those who actually live there are starting to lose faith in their declining country. It’s been slowly but surely ruined by a greed ridden, self serving political class. Where the leading politicians are completely out of touch with the lives of ordinary people. They don’t seem to comprehend that it’s not acceptable or normal to have towns and cities littered with food banks.

@@TheMazza595 The political class of a democracy is a reflection of its electorate. There have always been and will always be self serving opportunistic assholes... the real question is: why are they given power? The solution starts with the people: how many of them vote, or take real interest in politics for that matter? How many expand their horizons, sharpen their critical thinking skills, and carefully evaluate the candidates put before them so as to not fall prey to populism or obvious lies? I don't blame the clowns in charge so much as I blame the fools who freely give them the reins of power.

0:44 Could have had nice cars with their nations flag here really. It is really nice to see they were equally included. But I can't help thinking they felt as out of place as their timing, and the people that were drilled unable to properly represent their nation. But you can't give anyone an excuse now, so weirdly, they all did their bit there. Good show!!

To be clear - The most senior officers in this video are seen at 0:30 seconds. The three officers marching with gold sashes and large amounts of scrambled egg on their caps are general officer rank, they are also wearing frock coats. So very rarely you have generals marching amongst all the other officers at the 0:30 stamp. The gold sash over frock coat denotes general officer And so they outrank everyone else seen in this video.
Neither the bearskin or the senior NCO are the commander of anything. The chap who commands the household troops and in fact all troops garrisoned inside London district is a major general and he’s seen with his tri corn hat with feathers at 6:01
That is the general officer commanding London and the actual commander. Sorry to let facts get in the way.
