Testicular torsion is like your appendix bursting where it can happen at any time, there's nothing you can do about it, you just have to live in fear
My father had experienced it once in his teen years, had to have surgery done to correct it because the one nut was that badly twisted up, he also said the recovery period was less painful then the time leading up to surgery. Fucking yikes, I never want to experience that shit ever.
Well, at least I only have to live in fear of the Testicular torsion, Arguably more terrifying than the appendicitis I went through though.
Make sure to untwist your balls before you go to sleep and you'll be fine
The thing is there is a gene which makes you more prone to getting because your balls aren't connected.
It can only happen at any time if you have a rare condition that makes the cord loose. For majority of men it can only happen after severe trauma.

Tbf it is your body alerting you that the one thing you actually need to fulfill your sole objective purpose in life is in danger, the body needs to be really sure you don't ignore it like a necrosis riddled foot.

A high school buddy of mine was air lifted to the hospital due to testicular torsion.
At the time, another ninth grader kept nut checking everyone with anything in hand. Well the victim was this dudes bunk mate. So he got nut checked wrong, and ended up with blue balls due to the spinning of one ball around the other. Nearly lost them.
That better have gotten him a sound beating...

Tack on he was one of the largest guys on the team, he cut himself to give himself scars, and just did other things like that, no one wanted to mess with him. Shoot the Marine Corps calmed him down and made him a truck driver. He does not hurt anyone anymore.

This happened to me a couple years ago, woke up to intense pain, was quite literally the worst feeling I have ever had. Took close to two hours before I got to the hospital and another hour for someone at the ER to finally give me some morphine and shortly knock me out for surgery. Was layed up at the hospital a couple day, but it turned out fine, I pray for any other man that has to go through it. Best part, I told my buddies what happened and they give me mad shit for months; God bless them, only the truest of friends can get you to laugh at your worst experiences.
This vid made my balls hurt. If you've never had testicular torsion you are lucky.
I feel like I'd almost rather have a leg cut off than have my balls even slightly hit. It barely takes any force to make them hurt, and it somehow feels like your whole body wants to die when they do get hit.
There are a great deal of nerve endings in testicles as opposed to legs, and they're "programmed" to be extra sensitive to pain so you have incentive to keep them safe (so you could reproduce)

But hey, I'm no medical expert, for all I know this could all be massive fuckin lies but it seems plausible.

Balls really are that fragile, but one advantage is that they don't bleed unless severely injured.
However if they do bleed, you may as well wish that you got a cut somewhere less painful, like the carotid artery in your neck.
They don't bleed, they crush and bruise and rarely become necrotic and fall off.

Bruh, sperm cramps SUCK. Most of the time I'll just be going about my day and all of the sudden my balls tense up at a completely random time with no warning. If I sit awkwardly in my chair, sometimes my balls will go completely numb along with one of my thighs and it'll be sitting there awkward as hell for the next 5 minutes.

@@mrminecraftcubeable yeah I tried but was already sterile. I had a rare case if germ cell tumor so it started in my testicle and killed itself traveled up the lymphodes to my lungs. I never had a lump or pain in my balls it was an accidental finding since I lost so much weight without trying.
I wouldn't say they are THAT fragile. I don't get how the fuck the sneeze on them would work either. If you mean just sneezing way too hard and it happening- well a sneeze is kind of like a seizure so maybe I could get that.

Both my father and my brother had to get surgery for this reason. They have a (probably genetic) issue that weakens/removes the connective tissue that's supposed to prevent it from happening.
