  • The CASTOR project was meant to store natural gas to protect Spain from any potential supply issues in the future. It instead caused earthquakes that threatened the lives of people living off the coast.

They were using it for natural gas (fuel) storage.

Fracking is the term you're looking for I'm sure

I'm sure it's not. Fracking a completely different process with a completely different goal. If anything, this here is more like reverse fracking. But once again, both processes are completely different.

If they would have concrete decides and stuff and stabilized it they wouldn't have that problem

uuuhm...so I assume you're trying to say that they should've layered the inside walls of the cavity with concrete, it's not that easy to understand tbh. There's quite a lot wrong with that. First of all, the cavity isn't accessible for humans; you can't send people into it without first breaking the seal they are so desperate to keep intact. You can't just send divers and equipment through the pipes, can you. Secondly and more importantly, this mini-documentary and you make it sound like it would literally be a big, empty cave. It is not. It's a complicated, widespread system of cracks and rather small tunnels connecting many small actual cavities. It's not as simple as spraying some concrete on the walls of a big empty hall. If you're interested about this, you should read up on the geology around topics like this
And lastly - a project like this just wouldn't have made economical sense. At the effort and expenses you would have to invest, it's cheaper to just build a giant reservoir on land completely from scratch.

I want work permit for work in Spain

I'm not sure why you're telling us that in a youtube comment instead of speaking to the spanish government; we're not the ones ditching those out... but FYI, it's quite easy to get a working permit for Spain. Becoming a spanish citizen is the hard part.
