      Trix started as the balls. They are flavored Kix, which was just the ball without fruit flavors. The shaped Trix were created to cash in on the popularity of Runtz candy. They were great.

      When I was a kid in the 70's, it was little balls. The fruit shapes are new (to me). I hate Trix though.

      I stopped eating Trix when they changed the recipe. I also no longer buy any cereal from General Mills. They changed all the good ones,fucking bastards

      Sorry u missed out on them. I'm a 80s kid. I got to try sum of them. Back in the 80s parents didn't care if cereal was packed full of sugar. Not like now parents worry about healthy eating healthy cereal.

      Around Halloween time they would sell Apple Jacks with pumpkin shapes except the pumpkins were cookie flavored and they tasted so good!

    I like the old Ralston Purina Cookie Crisp they tasted way better it was a different and better recipe,the Cookie Crisp by General Mills now it doesn't taste the same like back then.

    I ate Mr. T's cereal (They killed your mouth's roof, though, but were good) and Ice Cream Cones cereal (But, I tended to eat them without milk). Good times.

      Quisp is sometimes issued in limited runs so Quaker can keep the rights, but they never did reissue it's companion cereal, Quake.

    Capn crunch just had Blueberry Pancake Capn Crunch and now I can't find it ANYWHERE!! Thin min girlscout cookies are pretty good too. But the capn crunch is the best fucking cereal I've ever had.

    This is way older than most of your picks, but I miss "Baron Von Redberry", a raspberry flavored cereal sold in the 1960s. There was also a blueberry flavored cereal called "Booberry" (with a ghost theme).

      The had one called Madagascar (based on the animated movie) which was basically Golden Grahams + Cocoa Puffs + marshmallows. Apparently it was repackaged as Smores cereal, the exact same thing.

    I remember eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Twix, Coco Puffs and Fruity Pebbles sweetened
    with Splenda!! wish that cereal companies would bring them back, since I can't eat cereal

      The turtles cereal did taste really good. It had a good balance of generic cereal to marshmallows. I faintly remember they included a small packet of green “ooze” syrup that you can add to the cereal.

      found it Well sure that would be great but you know the way things are right now I think I’ll take all the mistakes rather than deal with todays stuff. I just wanna turn on MTV and watch actual music videos. I want Tabitha Soren to tell all about Bon Jovi’s new hair or some other mundane news report.     I'm 35 and don't remember half of these boxes. I do miss Rice Crispy TREAT!!! cereal. All I do is break them up and put milk on them now. You still should've mentioned them. Great video featuring Mr. T..The Urk Man and early 90s TMNT....I luv it. GREAT VIDEO

    Anyone remember OJs cereal? Nothing to do with OJ Simpson. It was little orange-shaped cereal that tasted like orange juice. The mascot was a cowboy who branded the oranges like cattle.

      Scooby Doo Oreo O's are back!! I'm not sure where you live but if it's a Walmart near you, you should try and see if the cereal is there. I know they sell the cereal here in Michigan, at Walmart.

    Most of this creals got discontinued because parents started complaing it was unhealthy and had too much sugar and not really good you know making kids obese etc well I say to that screw them when I was a kid I ate alot of sugary creals and well I'm not obese or overweight and I'm still in great shape and health and I still eat Sugary creals like Frosted Flakes creal so there.

    I remember at some point between 2002 and 2004 there was a Winnie the Pooh cereal that was, of course, honey flavored. But not like honey nut Cheerios, like you can actually taste the honey. It was sooo good, and then it went away. That’s the one that I really, really, really want back from my childhood!
