- A 28-year-old man is accused of fatally stabbing a 13-year-old girl who was recently found inside a utility closet of an Orange County apartment complex, according to the sheriff.
He has a 6 year history of terrorizing women and girls. These offenders are not rehabilitated and these judges making poor decisions leading to a lack of safety for all need to be held more accountable
The judges relate to them
And now us taxpayers will pay for him to get fat and watch TV.
