Heat pan 6 tbsp oil, 6 elachi in oil, sauté for 30 secs, add 2lb chicken for a few mins till while and then add spices. Spices: 3 tb coriander, 1 tbsp Kashmir chilli, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp gram Flour and 1/2 tsp garam masala, add tbsp green chilli paste and garlic paste and 1 cup yogurt. Mix yogurt on top of masala and then mix. Can marinade st this point overnight. Add few spoons of water and leave to cook and cover 15 mins on slow heat. 1 piece of mace, nutmeg, 2 elachi and 1 big Lachi and grind and then add. Add half cup fried onions, add julienne ginger, kewra essence 1/4 tsp. Cover 10 mins then serve.

salaam Ruby aapa! jzk for sharing this recipe :) i just made it and it looks good, will find out taste at iftar. I have a question, i washed my chicken and put it in with the ilaichi without drying it. and through out my liquid was a lot more than what appears in your korma, even at the end. Is that because i didnt dry the chicken? i also used regular yogurt instead of greek, as thats what was in the fridge. jzk for any help!

I followed this recipe to the T, and it turned out to be finger licking good!! What an amazing recipe-hassle free and so delish!! I think now I am going to switch to only Korma preparation while making chicken curry at home. I usually do not comment on recipes, as they don't turn out to be as good as the videos.. but I had to just comment... first thing in the morning !! :)
