start working towards your goal as it's a career path that requires very high grades. I'm a teacher and tutor maths and English. (I teach in-home and/or via zoom).You need to start building a strong knowledge of concepts being taught now, as they will be needed to learn the curriculum to come. Always aim for the moon- even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.
@Portia Biko I've had many struggles in my life. I've had chronic pain from age 10, chronic migraine from age 14. Struggled thro uni and taught as teacher/director of preschool centres for 10 years. I was in a state of
collapse when I finally gave up. Had to cash in what little super I had to live on. None to be had now.
Have lived on disability for 30 years. I'm 61 and live with my mum. I've since been diagnosed with neuropathy,
gastroparesis, TMJD, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I have spent years and a fortune getting to this point. I'm waiting on surgery for a hiatus hernia,too. I've had numerous surgeries, including one for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy which nearly cost me my life. That was my first and last pregnancy. I live in constant pain. when times are hard, that's when you dig deep. You call on all your resources! You tighten your belt, and be thankful you're not in a war zone. Look at what skills you have. Is there something you can do to earn extra cash? Is there a friend you could stay with temporarily so you only have to heat one house? Share the costs! It's not ideal- but it would get you through the winter. Is it hard? Yes! Can you survive? Yes!! It won't be forever. Resilience will keep you going.
Hearing Logan saying "It's the most fun I've had ever" had my eyes water. Aunt Bonnie's sweater was the cutest now I want one 🎄🤣🥰

I love that Luke wants to be a truck driver. My youngest daughter is in school to be a music teacher, but recently joined the Army, and her MOS is motor transport--truck driver.

I am a truck driver and trucking is a great career. Getting in early in life is key then who knows maybe later in life he will have his own fleet and all. I’m happy for Lucas.

Aunt Bonnie and Joe are so lucky to be able to join with your family. I was unable to have children and desperately wanted them. I have 9 nephews and nieces (one nephew is in Heaven now). I saw a lot of 2 nieces and their brother when they were young. Now, I only hear from one niece. She has a 4 yr old boy, and a 1 yr old girl. They live hours away, but facetime me often, and I see them whenever they visit. A huge family like yours would be a dream!
I understand and my heart goes out to you. I wanted lots of children but also wasn't lucky enough to have any. I don't have any nieces or nephews as my sister married later in life and my sister in law is still single, so no children at all in my family. Christmas with a big family would be awesome.

As a Wisconsin girl, I giggled at how cold you thought 35 was. I think the high here today is 23, and we received about 7 inches of snow yesterday. I would love to have warmer weather all year long.....but I could never do AZ's summers

Loved the Q&A with Jake, Savannah and Lucas. You can just tell how happy and secure they all are. Even Bella's little clip at the beginning shows the same thing. I grew up in my bio house and never felt as loved and secure as they do. It was great to see Logan having so much fun too. I'm sure it's been really hard to have his mobility impaired, especially at the holidays when so many fun things are happening. So crazy that your family had such a completely different experience at the same event. When I saw that Enchant was in Arizona (none near me) I was wondering if you all would go. I think it's super cool but I couldn't do it with that many people. That was more crowded then my last trip to WDW. Happy Holidays!

I love seeing Jake in vlogs. He’s growing into such a great young man. Also so funny how 35 degrees is cold is freezing to you guys. It’s was 35 here today and we think it’s warm. I was outside in just a hoodie. I only wear a jacket if it goes below 15 degrees

I live in Wisconsin. I usually only wear a vest all winter unless it’s under 15-20 degrees or I’m going to be outside for a very long period of time. My whole family is the same. 32 degrees is not considered cold here especially for December. 50 degrees people are wearing shorts around here 🤣

Watching Logan get to ice skate almost made me cry.. That's the one thing I've always wanted to do.. When I was a kid I went to a birthday party for a classmate at a roller rink and I still remember how awful I felt when the employees told me I couldn't go on the rink in my wheelchair.. My friends spent the time hanging out with me in the arcade but I felt really guilty that they wouldn't skate if I couldn't..

I’m physically disabled n never see disabled ice skating. I love how older kids come. Joe is a gd ice skater. Logan should do a blog on his day like from wheelchair prospective. Also you could do a Vlog where certain people have to be in the wheelchair for an hour so they get to see and feel how it’s been for Logan is only an idea.
I love the way Savannah had loads of layers I do that too in the UK at night it’s -2 by the way on Amazon. You can get heated blankets that you plug-in, but you can also get portable, heated, blankets. Xxx
I love hearing that the ice skating is wheelchair accessible!! I use a wheelchair when I'm away from home because I had back surgery almost years ago and lost feeling in my legs/feet and I have found lots of places are NOT wheelchair accessible. It's always nice to see places like that accommodate
I just wanted to put this out here as somebody that had a disability and did ice-skating when they were younger it is possible you just have to be able to ask I skated for about six years using a walker and I’m really glad you showed this
Being adopted is awesome. You were chosen to be loved by the family that picked you. The only time that it bothers me to say that I'm adopted is when you get asked for your family medical history.

I have been a truck driver for 19 yrs and I love it! There are so many different jobs in the trucking industry, it's not just long haul over the road, but you'll do great whatever career you choose Lucas!
Aaron, I ran into a friend on Monday that I hadn't seen in 36 years and then I went to the store today, and there he was again. And this was at 2 different stores, in 2 different areas of town. It's been amazing to see him. Hope you 2 traded numbers to catch up on old times.

Loved that Logan enjoyed the skating..I remember when I was his age and being able to go on the ice (I'm full time wheelchair user) it was a lot of fun. The lights looked beautiful. I liked the mini q & a with a few of the kids .

The Enchanted was magical, I went to one when they came to Seattle in 2020 and I went with some friends and it was lots of fun but cold of course. glad you had the opportunity to go as they move on to different cities each year.

So I was tripped by another kid and fell backwards while ice skating 4 years ago and had a severe concussion and bruised tailbone. This may sound weird but I always recommend wearing a helmet when ice skating.

Wheelchair user since 1998. Just a suggestion, when taking a wheelchair UP stairs or curbs....always go forward if you can.....and going DOWN the stairs or curbs you go backwards.....it's less terrifying for the person IN the wheelchair.

I love using "Hot Toes" in my shoes during winter. They are single use "toe" warmers. I actually stick them to my shoes so they sit under the arch of my foot. (I have a high arch so there's heaps of room there lol). They work just as well as there partner "Hot Hands".
