    Aging a beef? that's a technique developed in japan, it is called "Wagyu Beef". A beef that surpasses even the "Prime A-grade" Kobe Beef. A restaurant who serves an aged beef really deserves such recognition.

      Wagyu is a kind of beef endemic to Japan, NOT a technique. It literally means "Japanese beef", a poirtmanteau of "Wa", an archaic term for Japan, and "Gyuu", meaning "cattle".

      Hindi siya hilaw. It's actually medium-rare steak, ibig sabihin ay niluto siya sa mababang temperature. Ganun lang ang tamang kulay ng steak. Hindi porket kapag ang steak ay ganun ang kulay kapag binili at ganun din ang kulay pagkatuto, eh hilaw na.

      It's Filipino-inspired French cuisine. Hindi lang naman iyan ang oorderin mo sa restaurant nila. Full course meal yan. May appetizer, salad, soup, hors' d'oeuvres, main course at dessert. Sadyang maliit lang ang portion para hindi mabusog agad pagdating sa dessert.
