    Bio: Tom Dunbar - Director, Market Infrastructure Programmes, Swift
    Tom leads Swift’s Market Infrastructure Programmes, responsible for delivering change to the global payments infrastructure segment. In this capacity, Tom oversees Swift’s ISO 20022 MI Migration Programme that is supporting 80 global RTGS payment systems migrate smoothly to ISO 20022. Prior to Swift, Tom led key aspects of the Bank of England’s RTGS Renewal Programme and represented the Bank on ISO and BIS CPMI committees. Tom has also led industry change initiatives across the UK’s retail payments agenda and was a UK representative on ISO TC68 and Secretariat of the ISO 20022 Registration Management Group.

    Bio: Mel Gauci - Program Manager - ISO 20022 Industry Migration, Australian Payments Network
    Mel Gauci is the Program Manager leading the Australian high value clearing system ISO 20022 Industry Migration program for the Australian Payments Network (AusPayNet), the industry association and self-regulatory body for the Australian payments sector. With a background in financial services, Mel previously led projects and implementations at Citibank and First Data (now Fiserv). She is currently representing Australia on High Value Payments Systems Plus (HVPS+) and was recently appointed as the HVPS+ Change Management Working Group Lead. In this role, Mel is also an observer on Cross-Border Payments Reporting Plus (CBPR+) and the Payment System Working Group (PSWG).
