How to Catch Spotted Bass on TOPWATER!

In this episode we are chasing spotted bass using topwater baits over deep water. These fish are suspended and chasing bait above their heads. As you’ll see in the video a topwater is the perfect thing to throw to get them to bite!

I always seem to have better luck with spots on walking baits. I think they like the erratic and side to side action better.

Great video,, what month was this ? And I've tried using a feathered chrome treble hook 12_ 14 " behind the the top water ,my problem is it wants to wrap around the top water plug treble hooks when I cast it hard. Any suggestions? Thanks
