Why when we are going thru the worst do all of the abilities mentioned plus more come on line? It is crazy enough trying to navigate others emotions thoughts and attacks. Add in an influx of spiritual abilities and occurences that make no sense in the moment and one is ready to sign themselves into the nut house.
I can only speak for myself.
It's been said "You only grow in discomfort, when your comfortable you don't grow" in other words in times of discomfort, stress and challange is when we learn the most, grow the most and begin to have confidence in ourselves. I hope that helps and I wish you the best in dealing with those challanges.😊
@@comnandmentsdeadlysins I think maybe what you are experiencing is all part of the journey. Something that has worked for me is to return to your heart and sit in a space of love and compassion - for yourself and those around you. It takes a bit of practice to reach that space when simultaneously assailed by doubt and confusion. I think that is the gift we are being trained to express.
