Apparently They want to see stable bank account with regular transaction and credits & debits in your account. There is no mention of any fixed amount in your bank balance.

If it doesn't show, then make payment again to get the confirmation page, the excess fee paid or amount cut will automatically be refunded. If you still don't get it please note down the reference is of transactions and approach corresponding bank

You can accept the offer letter only once the offer letter becomes unconditional and then go ahead to pay for your tuition fee for the first ..
in short you need to pay first !
