Can you share with us how you did this? Seems so difficult...
Maybe try as Louise says “I approve of myself” for when we approve of ourselves, there’s no room for resentment, bitterness, etc

I’m learning at hypnoherapy that no one should ever feel or relieve any sort of trauma at any point of therapy or meditation because it only makes it worse if the person doesn’t know how to dissociate first from the memory before you enter and even when you enter you need to replay the whole memory backwards so it detaches from emotional feeling of it.
