My 2018 ktm 690 enduro has a gear indicator....and a working tack which I enjoy. Still my favorite motorcycle that I have ever ridden. So many adventures.

a lot of people like to say the 690 is a wheelie monster but as you can see when you try doing clutch ups its not instantly snappy like other bikes and supermotos but its still an amazing bike and with some mods and dropping a tooth up front it really helps it wheelie, thats why i have the 690 as my every day fuck around bike and my 530exc for stunts
With a 15 tooth pinion is better for wheelie in 3 gear? I have 690 2019 and I can wheelie in 2 gear with clutch but in 3 gear is so hard to get up, if I put a pinion of 15 i can wheelie Better in slow speed? But the gear became short??? 🤔 Or I can wheelie in 2 slow and in third too?
@@davide6904 yea doing the 15tooth front sprocket does make a difference it wheelies way easier in 3rd i found that it seems like you have to be at just the right rpm or speed to get it to come up super easy its like the lc4 has a power band almost like a 2 stroke its weird but yea you lose a bit of top end mine still tops out at like 110 to 113mph with the 15t front sprocket and i can bang out 3rd gear clutch ups way easier now

@@davidegiuffrida4550 yea changing to a 15 tooth sprocket won't make your gears that much shorter and if you are hitting balance point you will be able to hold the wheelie as long as you want but if you're chasing the wheelie out it becomes a little bit shorter but not bad it's worth it for sure to ho down one tooth

Who needs a gear indicator!?! False neutrals happen on the 690, you need to fully shift each gear, deliberate shifts keep it to minimum

In the Netherlands when taking lessons for a bike. They learn you to drive 10/20 km/u above speed limit. Most of the time if you drive about 20/30km/u above the speed limit. MOST of de police officers don’t pull you over. Or they make a hand signal to slow down a little bit. Speed cams, trajectory control and thinks like than your Fck

@@californiapoontappa the max hp is around 80 at the tire with all the right part. I mean unless its got a turbo or 800cc big bore. 80 is a ton of hp for a single really.

Tbh yeah, really agile and lightweight. Easy to ride, and in the twisties u will have a lot of confidense as its really easy to throw from side to side.
I have a feeling that the traction control was on the whole time and thats why it doesn´t came up. Normally it should pop easily...
Test riding a supermoto on nothing but straight roads is like having to pinch it off halfway thru - not even close to satisfaction.
