After dying, Kisara as the Blue Eyes watches over Priest Seto and banishes his father from his body. She then swears to protect him forever. In a way, Kisara always fulfilled her promise to the best of her abilities as she continues to serve Seto 3000 years hence into the modern era as the BEWD.

Can't believe they did two series archs revolving heavily around Kaiba and Kisara got barely any screen time in the final series. Knowing the writers had a much bigger arch planned and couldn't do it because of time constraints is even worse than her dying :'(
Touching and teary love only happens in Yu-Gi-OH the original series, not the series afterwards. And there are only two couples of them: Jonouchi and Mai, Kisara and Seto.
