How do we scale up schooling and education for the child waste pickers? Does source segregation or formalization of informal waste pickers come first as a policy initiative by the ministry and municipal corporation?

Biogas digesters are a really good technology too. It is composting but you also get to catch the methane and use it to cook or heat your home.
I am surprised that composting was not happening there already though. It is cheap and plentiful fertilizer, that is for sure!
