A old timer once said, if the whiting are biting and you wind the line in and still have a bit of bait on the hook - then remove the said bait, as it was scented by another fish/whiting.
Also i have better results if the bait is moving very slowly, i use red beads as well.
My dog loves eating whiting frames - head and all.

easy way to sharpen any knife easily is to turn a coffee mug upside down and run you blade along the edge. Works perfect every time. Thanks got the video.

Its wild how across the world we have the same common names for vastly different fish. Salmon, whiting, brim, flathead etc

Hey Nev, I was fishing at port Welshpool last week (it’s on my YT channel) I was catching king George whiting but they were all undersized, any tips to catch bigger ones???
If the whiting in the area are small there's not much you can do, just keep fishing as usually there are some bigger whiting amongst the small ones. Cheers!

Personally I’ve never fished ppb so I can’t really give you any spots.
Quality vid mate. I'd lose the long shanks, and get yourself some Black Magic KL 1/0 hooks. No need to strike, will hook itself on its lip everytime. 👍
