J.P Hlophe. A man of integrate, a judge that doing their work without any fear of favour. A man who experienced racism in RACIST PROVINCE, I am referring on Western Cape, and lot of unnecessary criticism because of his skin colour is black. I wonder why President Ramaphosa did not shortlisted J.P Hlophe for the position of Chief Justice. Hlophe is highly qualified to run the South Africa Judicial. I am 100% surely that the Judicial Service Commission should be inspired by hearing the leadership style that J.P Hlophe has for leading the Judicial.

U refer to him as a man of integrate. Do you mean ingrate? Or integrity? Lol. Lets leave this discussion. The JP is on his way out. Briiliant jurist. But flawed human. And the Gods conspired against him.

Hi adv Ngalwana. You inspired a lot`s of us about the job that you did for encouraging youth to be exposed in law. Currently, I`m doing BA majors Communication Science and Politics. After I complete this degree, I would apply and register LLB. I am your big follower in Enchored law. Thank you.

Hlophe Jp keeps on missing the target 🎯 with regards to judicial activism, to us the people of South Africa 🇿🇦 judicial activism. Means to reverse the injustices of the past. Such as employing black Africans in strategic positions in his court, in positions such as , judges support stuff as secretaries.
Transformation means the above to us .
Hlophe JP evicted 20 000 black South Africans (black Africans)
from kwa-Langa in winter ❄️, was that a judicial activism?
His support stuff in his office is a white person but not Africans.
    Is that transformation???

I see transformation in the execution of the Western Cape High Court when it evicted the settlers from PRASA land and ordered that occupants be relocated, and offered with basic services.
In my view, it wasn't going to be fair if there was no alternative land to relocate the occupants.
Well, my argument is based on an article I read and not by factual evidence gathered from the area in concern. Maybe the media isn't reporting what happens behind the scene🤷‍♂️
