Bruh if you are foreign medical graduate then you have to appear for Next exam after 6 year mbbs course and if you are Indian mbbs student then you have to appear for Next examination after final year of mbbs and if you qualify the NEXT step 1 then fmg have to do internship in India also and Indian will also do their internship after next step 1 and this point will make uniformity for both Indian and fmg . After internship you have to appear for Next step 2 which is a pass/fail practical/clinical viva type exam and if you pass this you will get into pg courses like MD/MS and after thet you can opt for NEET SS

And yes next step 1 consist of the syllabus of mbbs course which is held for 3 days with 1 day gap between the exams . 2 exams will be held in a day. So total of 6 exams in 3 days. NEXT step 1 will be held 2 times per year. Which you have to pass within 10 years of joining mbbs course. And yeah if you pass Next step 1 and fail in ' Next step 2 then you have to repeat the process and have to appear in Next step 1 again. Hope it helps you

Yes, it's compulsory. 1 year internship from the college you're studying and then after giving next-1 1 year in Indian hospital.

Let me make it very clear that no USSR countries have rotatory internship in their country. Internship in USSR countries are specialised internship after completing MD program that is not Rotating internship. Be aware of this don't fall in trap of this contractor,consultant, students that suddenly russia , uzbekistan, ukraine all have internship in 6 year program how come that possible seniors passed 6 year course from Russia Ukraine were without internship but new students are enrolled in 6 year with internship quite suspicious.
If anyone is having any doubt you may check NMC FAQ written internship is integrated part of mbbs but itust be done after completing mbbs. I.e internship is extra after mbbs

And remember if you study MBBS in India then you have to pass both NEXT step 1 and step 2 exam for the Degree and licence to practice. And if you go to Russia then you can appear in Goss exam (Russian licencing exam) which is not so hard and take Russian licence. And then you can appear for next exams. And if can't clear next exam ,you can apply for job In Russia as you have licence to practice of that country!
