As usual, your room tour from 7:24 was one of the highlights. Good to enlighten us as to how the windows are large. The bathroom looked fine.
Very good that you pointed out the need for a taxi to get to tourist sites. Go early in the morning to avoid massive traffic jams.
One of my pet dislikes is airline business class reviews on CZcams that praise everything but rarely if ever refer to shortcomings. In contrast, you give us a balanced view.
The buffet looked to be very satisfactory so perhaps your comment downplayed it a little.

Very nice little hotel that's situated about midway between Cebu City and MCIA. I agree; not the best location. It deserves to be in CBP or ITP or the like. I like the wood theme, finish or color that's accented with blacks and glass. Very Svenska or should I say, very Ikea-ish 😁. Just like brand-new car smell or any brand-new smell for that matter, they're usually VOCs that you're inhaling. Though they trigger some sorta euphoria, they definitely aren't good health wise.

On their website, it's showing around 6k per night. Have a look online for the dates you're after to get exact rate.
