Back to the 90's, A$AP made it!
✌️
🔥🔥🔥
used to be dead broke, now my bank full of dead folks. nasty line.
mainly because folk is already plural but he put an s on the end of it even tho there is no s at the end of broke. Like holy shit
2023🖤🔝 fuck the law nigga, crime pays😈🖕
All y'all who keep criticizing 12s rapping no nothing about the art of rap. Sit down and listen to the beat. Feel the vibe. Its heart felt and retrospective it brings out pain. The producer made the beat for the artist to ride it with a conversational style flow. It's not made for no super fast flow or no overly complex lyrics. Most of y'all cant relate to the lifestyle he talking bout so therefore you call it wack. This is exactly how majority of music sounded in the 90's.
this shit corny stop fucking lying you a LIE.
You go complex with a conversational flow jay elect does that shit all the time. But this was written from the heart more so than the brain most likely he wrote this quick 2. Dope
I'm not impressed by none of this ASAP shit but this song right here is CRAZY straight 90s new york vibe can't get over how dope it is....definitely a breath of fresh air in the game for sure.
We know nothing about the art of rap?! Ok, so if I said that Tupac Would fuck his life over in a rap battle, would I be wrong?
This nigga is how I imagine Lil' Waynes pet centipede
******punk*?
Nice one, give me time to heal, that was one violent blow.
One of the best rap songs I have ever heard. Very real track
ft. A$AP Twelvyy? He's the whole song!
Matthew Rudzinski A$AP mobb is in the vid tho
Matthew Rudzinski so true :D!
Rikk Yates plus he produced it
It was gonna be on the new A$AP Mob album but then they called the album off .
Andy Valdivia asap mob isnt a person
People been sleeping on Twelvyy, glad he's getting more publicity.
Fact.
This is true.
Got more talent than Rocky, imo.
I'm the one in my grade who knows about anyone in A$AP minus A$AP Rocky and Ferg
People still sleeping on Twelvyy
We need more ASAP music like this. Damn this is music. Thought they fell off big time
Zeker dat moet er echt wel komen!
***** LiveLove was nice, LongLive was OK. I was so happy to hear someone who used that Bone flow. But damn Asap Ferg's album was shit. Ferg and Rocky really gave me some hope with that LongLive tape, Lordsneverworry was still good too. But to me ferg and rocky really fell off. Twelvyy and nast is who I'm putting my money on
***** You're right. I focus to much on lyrics maybe. I just expected a whole different album from ferg. I was really disappointed when it came out. I hoped to hear Ferg like on the livelove tape, or lordneverworry.
Haha, comparing all albums to illmatic, would put those people back to selling crack lol.
Nas is doing a Illmatic XX tour btw, already got my tickets.
***** Sick! We don't have that big events here in Holland. But I am going to a Mobb Deep Concerts in about 3 weeks.
HA thought they fell off an then homies seen puffy in the video...
Jeez bumping that old school head bopping 90's shit.....A$AP BRINGING BACK REAL HIPHOP!
OnePunch Mickey I'm talking specifically about the beat not their lyrics.... Beat wise this is the closest thing to old school rap as anything else coming out today
egyptian420
thats right the beat is dope
*****
but both in the mob
:-)
they aint bringing back no real hiphop, its always been here you jus gotta look harder
I like this here!! A.S.A.P Twelvyy got that 90's style of rap in 2016 and that's a good thing!!
Listen to joey bada$$ ("PaperTrail $) it'll take you back
+Legend In The Making yeah Joey bada$$ got that 90's style flow also can't take nothing away from him
this from 2014 doe lol
+Malice Thompson Well Joey has turnt into a trap rapper
Gabrielitho1000 lmfao joey did one trap song, chill the fuck out
seriously tho these dudes are talented the music is tight, well organized and the vibes are always heavy... hats off to the A$AP Mob
Twelvyy is so underrated. He's probably my favorite of the whole mob.
righttt
I just came across Twelvyy and instantly fuck with him. Been on repeat since.
i agree, outside of the two famous ones the best in the mob are twelvyy and nast (nast was trash on yamborghini high but otherwise)
that instrumental slaps forever
sucha dope 90s east coast vibe
more west coast feeling
+NAAP B. this is definitely east coast...
Its East... u need to study hip hop a bit more
+NAAP B. east coast,its everything,the beat,the lyrical themes
+Ali Munir are u kidding at me?
This still bangs
Twelvyy's taking A$AP Mob to another lvl. Hopefully Rocky and the others keep it rolling. On another note: it's almost funny the amount of times American rappers say "free my nigga [insert name here]" or "Rest in peace [insert name here]." According to their shout outs you'd think half of black America was dead or in prison.
Sad part is that it's a fact tho
Skateboard B Hmm, it partly is fact. In the UK the amount of black people in prison in proportion to the black population is higher than that of America, but the references to it in UK rap are far less. So I think it's also due to it being a topic in hip-hop rappers are accustomed to discussing, but the murder rate in the States is on another lvl.
A NineOne less black people.
+DJ Aim-NineOne FRee RONDONINE
I'm feelin' like Puff back in '98
***** look at his face bruh lol
sneeeaakker
bad boy here boost the crime rate
Asap been keepin hiphop alive.
Fin
nah.
PRO ERA ALL DAY
us older men call this mobb deep.
Ohhhh shit man we be the infamous
it does have a mobb deep vibe for sure...
Factsssss
Levi Parkinson he sounds like havoc
Props to this youngun bringing this old school vibe.
Anytime I hear this track I be in my feelings shit hard 💯🔥
Shit hard asf, battle on friend.
Twelvvy and Nast are super dope, good to see em start gettin shine.
By far one of the greatest rap songs ever made
straight beat and rhyme, dope
Same is what I'd say
Miss these days
Lovin' this beat
this song go hard
6 years later and this song still slaps!
Seeing diddy in the video was so strangely dope
It always is
2020 we are still here mzfka
When is Twelvy gonig to drop a album he's so underrated
he's dropping a project called Last Yer Being Broke sometime this year
Year*
I believe he's actually dropping a project this year called 2127301090. He's been on social media saying "2127301090 coming soon"
+Jim CraZy yeah you right
Jim CraZy He dropped a mixtape last month called Smoking H with Blade that shit fire! The joint with Tadoe is shit tough
Is it just me or is ASAP Mob starting to feel like Wu-Tang Clan only they are starting off the opposite way dropping their own solo shit first and here in a few years they are going to make a posse album.
Lol that's what I've been thinking too.
I always thought that ASAP Mob was tryna be like WuTang Clan but Modern, especially with them bringing backk, 90beats to they songs like Trillmatic
Whatever it is. I like!
they already made a "posse" album.
Brock Jensen nah
The posse album got scrapped.
I wish he stuck to this sound. He’s changed to that mumble rap style now.
you wish he didnt had a evolution in his style...
@@Blue69HD thats not an evolution. Thats selling out from the real shit...to the bullshit garbage ass rap that gets released daily today.
he is not mumbling wtf? I swear, people with no idea about hiphop and music in general always throw that word. Yall the same ones stuck listening to grandmaster flash. Check out new amerika by 12y and tell me if its mumble?
@@mtuncrr 🗣talk to em
Dis hard🔥🔥🔥
For me A$AP saved rap/hiphop all of them talented G's got flow lyrics they fresh and they got that realness
twelvyy* J. Cole*
King Kunta np but you forgot Kanye, i know you might not understand why. but go to the site genius they explain song lyrics. just 1 song of MBDTF album by Kanye is deeper then any somg you'll ever hear. period
King Kunta ahh i see, i respect your opinion altough i think kanye makes more art then just music, can't argua that kendrick's not one of the best
King Kunta that's true altough i must be the only person liking ye's music and personality haha
MOLE apart from ant 😂
Twelvyy bring us back REAL HIPHOP!

This is golden era rap style
Definitely one of the best rap tracks this decade
yes yes! Proper Hip-Hop/Rap music right here.. feeling the sound. Big up Twelv and the producer!
chills
TRUE !!
Maybe the best music i heard from an ASAP member
easily one of the best tracks I've heard all year. Let's get back to making atmospheric beats and music from the heart. It's not mindblowing because this sound has been done before (and better), but it's a step in a right direction. I don't want them to dickride the 90s though. Rocky's mixtape did a brilliant job of taking that rugged NY sound but innovating past it by adding Screw and ambient music. I want the Mob to take more daring production choices like they did on LiveLoveASAP.
Lord knows the world needs more Clams Casino
Zach Gardner Amen to that. One of the best producers of our time.
Zach Gardner
dude, I've been listening to hip hop heavy since 1998. So I was around when all the great producers were either in full swing or about to take off e.g. Timbaland/Neptunes. I'm very picky when it comes to great hip hop production because I've been listening a long time. You can just tell when something's weak, or alright, or good but not great, or great but not life-changing, and then life-changing. Clams Casino blew me the fuck away. The last time I got that feeling was around 2003/2004 hearing Nujabes, Dilla, Madlib and Foreign Exchange for the first time. Clams doesn't have enough beats to be in that class but he could easily make it there with more material. I haven't heard a great Clams beat since LiveLoveASAP though, which is a shame. LVL was good but not quite there. I dunno if it's him trying to outsmart people biting his sound, or the passion's not there, or the sampling thing is costly.
I really loved Beautiful Lou's contributions on that album too. All in all, hip hop needs unique but great producers like Clams. People who understand the essence/energy of hip hop, respect it, but want to take it further by innovating.
tochiRTA Completely agree. Not many other producers out there with these atmospheric beats. I just looked at all his mixtapes on CZcams cause they have the tracklisting with the artist who rapped over them. 90% of them have been used, mostly by A$AP and Lil B. I'm assuming he isn't bigger because none of his beats have made it to mainstream radio to my knowledge. It's a double edged sword because he deserves to be more well known but if he gets more attention, the inevitability of people copying his style will occur. I think I'd prefer the latter though because his sound deserves more exposure. I know there's other artists that have this trippy, chill vibe to their instrumentals, but his seem to be more focused towards hip hop, which is pretty unique. It really is a shame that there's just not many artists pushing the envelop these days with the exception of Kanye and a few others names.
Zach Gardner
they're not pushing the envelope because they're scared and/or mediocre. This is the problem with modern hip hop. The amount of mediocrity is stunning. It wasn't like this before. In every generation, there's wack shit. We had wack shit in the 90s too. But we had A LOT of really dope stuff. And the competition level was so high that even if you wanted to be wack and came into the game on some cash-grab shit, you had to at least hit a certain bar (for the most part). Master P somehow avoided the bar but that's another story...
Speaking of Kanye... to be honest, I'm not a big Kanye fan. He's innovative, there's no doubt about it. And he has some beats I love. The thing that always bothered me about Ye were his weak drums. I used to say this ALL THE TIME and people thought I was crazy. Until Ye himself said it recently. He knows he has weak ass drums. Which is unforgivable in hip hop. Drums are the heartbeat of a record. They give it the edge and the feel.
That's probably why Ye went the progressive rock/hip hop/pop blend because the audience for that aren't really hardcore hip hop heads and wont notice. But for me, I'm used to hearing a certain edge with hip hop. I grew up on Premo, RZA, Timbaland, Neptunes, Pete Rock, etc.
I'm not shitting on Ye overall- he's made some great beats and some timeless songs. I actually prefer Clams to Ye, if only for the fact that Clams drums hit harder. They're muddy but still got that 'umph' to them. e.g. Demons. It's like a slower, more ambient Timaland.
Anyway, you can tell I'm a Clams fan. I don't think there's any other new producer in the last 7 years that's as dope as him (Flying Lotus has some dope shit, hit or miss, and it's not really rap).
Any recommendations for other new producers you're feeling? I just want to make sure I'm not sleeping on great talent.
Sensational.
YES !
Une claque ! Vivement l'album !
End of 2021 and I’m still rocking this……..wonder where he’s at now
Gettin it, real shit
U are crazy this was bananas
I have hope for A$AP if they keep making tracks like Trillmatic and this, like the 90's feeel Twelvyy & Nast are bringing back, Respect to A$AP.
It has that 90 theme
I love it
Real shit my Nigga Respect Asap mob
One of the best tracks out of Asap Mob, love the homage to Puff with the “there’s no way out” intro line!! Great Puff album
I relate to this type of music
The Mob is so underrated!
Good song! 'n the Beat goes Hard
This that dope boy shit
that 90's flow. nast & twelvyy please save hiphop
I'm confused as to how you guys can say he doesn't have bars, everything he says is real true and it does have a real Harlem feel. All and all this is a good track, however it's going to take more than him and Nast to change Hip Hop.
Theres hope for hip hop. Think Joey Bada$$ is pushing in that direction too.
CrazyMrMill i swear most people saying hip hop is dead and shit arent even looking. there is honestly so much good talent out right now. just because the radio doesnt play it doesnt mean it aint there.
rackembarry nobody said hiphop is dead. by saving, i mean to better hiphop
danny brown dude said there is no saving hip hop. that sounds like dying to me.
Not sure I like his flow, but the beat is great.
***** Beats make a song you clown. To each is own i guess.
***** Nas has good beats and good lyrics, that is what I expect from great music.
Sick beat!!
2 Fye
This beat
ASAP Rocky & Ferg, Nast & Twelvyy as the next in line...they rolling together intelligently.
Feeling this man.
Can't wait for the album to drop!

eddie flores nooooo... Nast is next in line, Nast is way better than twelvyy
This is pretty good, damnnnn.
hell yeah. nuff said
Someone needs to drop the instrumental shit bangs
I asked twelvyy to perform this song on Twitter late night when he touched down in Chicago the night before the show and he held it down with a response and performed the song. Moral of the story is having an L lit and screaming these lyrics with him was one of the realist moments of my life to this day.
A$AP Forever
Such a good song
I like this chill vibe more than Rocky etc imo
Twelvy > The Rest of the ASAP Squad... just saying, his too underrated..
There's no way out!
Good track!!!!
“I feel like puff back in 98” didn’t age well 😂

***** nahhh he's right. If you had to compare wu tang to a group today it would be a$ap hands down. They have similar styles.
