    The synchronicity is just surreal, I just started a 5 minute guided meditation journey as I read the Incal by Alejandro Jodorowsky, this is a sign I should keep going, thanx Yesreneau.

    I meditated continuously for 30 days. When I opened my eyes, my bike was gone, someone stole my shoes, and birds had built a nest in my beard

    Meditation is the key to unlocking your greatness. I meditate daily. A friend of my told me about meditation 5 yrs ago and I have been using this ancient way of living since then and it works.

    Oh, and haven't read the book but intuitively, I think that I train my rider by being fully present and laser-focused, driven by my "why." And I don't think I would train the elephant. I train the rider and delegate the elephant training to him/her/it. Meditation for me has taught lessons and given me awareness that has helped me stay more conscious and more intentional in my actions. And so my thought is to train the conscious mind and the unconscious will take care of itself, if that makes any sense.
