- This special has been a while in the making, but I am proud to present my first 'Thomas & Friends' Audio Special, starring the engine of the hour himself, Devious Diesel!
When Diesel's taunts of scrap go too far, the other engines wish that there was something that can be done about teaching Diesel a lesson. Luckily, Edward may have the answer and it involves an old friend, a large scrapyard on the Other Railway and an experience that Diesel may never forget...
This video can be enjoyed by any generation of 'Thomas & Friends' fan and I am always welcome to any of my stories being adapted, as long as you credit me.

The only thing that could make it better would be if Thomas then said to The Grim Messengers Of Doom “And the same goes for you two!”, or “And you two can join him, for all I care!”, or something like that.

Wow! That was a good story about Diesel, Kiefer. How the devious shunter got put in his place by discovering the real horrors of scrap, and finding out that most diesels have been withdrawn from service on the Mainland too. It was also nice meeting Jasiah the brown tank engine, and other new characters like Martha and Murray. I bet Diesel has now learned his lesson that he'll never forget.
Though still continue his devious antagonistic ways after a while since things never lasted long.

What an amazing audio episode. This along with North Western Diesel are perfect prequels to Diesel's amazing character development in the tv series.
My favorite part has to be when Thomas and Diesel became friends again. This is one of the best fan eps ever made.

This has got to be one of the darkest stories you have written. It was amazing how you got Diesel in the story to look at the error of his ways. The new characters Martha, Murray and Jaisah surprised me. I like the look of them 🙂.

Another awesome story, Kiefer! Love that little reference to "North Western Diesel" at the beginning. This would've been a great redemption arc for Diesel if the series continued!
Personally I prefer if Diesel remains devious and antagonistic even if the series continued and thankfully he remains so after Season 24 upon it's end on a high note because most of the time we like him that way. As the narrator said, he's still devious because he's that kind of engine and that's perfect enough regardless of lessons in some episodes. You may disagree but please understand my thoughts all the same.

So this is one of Diesel's Brothers in a scrapped shell not to long ago that Diesel Engine got hit by a speeding express steam train on the Mainline & go derailed not the express train but the Diesel Engine got derailed & splashed into the Pond.
Amazing stories so far Kiefer; I love them. This story goes to show that it's not just steam locomotives which can end up facing the cutter's torch, while your latest story adds a really nice layer of depth to the backstory of your orginal characters. Overall, it all feels really natural and Railway Series/ Classic TV Series- inspired and I can't wait to hear more.

Excellent work Kiefer Adams, I guess that would put Diesel in his place to realise that he should be lucky to have a home on Sodor, I hope to see some new stories about old chuck, or maybe some engines that I’ve never knew before but I wonder if Boco would be seen in some, I know he’s on the mainland now but maybe even if he would be seen at Barrow in Furness while working with the other engines, just to see how he is getting on, for a friendly suggestion

Martha is an Edward Borrows and Sons Well Tank (or Kerr Stuart well tank since Kerr Stuart also built well tanks to that design too)
And Jessiah is a Kitson Pannier Tank

Are all these engines diesel meats are they preserved or is this take place before all the MooseCraft I’m just curious because it I don’t know what you’re you’re series takes place in because it’s unlikely that steam engine will still be working in barrel yards
