Well thought out mods, and great ideas for my second rig down the line. While making a chisel superfabric tool slot may be too much for some I do think Joel should take notes and apply your right side mods to all bags moving forward for the pencil slots and also lowering the knife slot a little. Colorway looks good. Keep the videos coming. Cheers!
I looked at and tried the trimmers but ended up going the framing rig. I like that the framing rug hangs down lower (tall person alert) . I'm the end and to give you ideas is I put my badgers on a occidental beltless retrofit kit (50ish bucks) with suspenders. Such freedom not having a belt plus the setup isn't stiff and moves with you when you bend over or kneeldown(the bags actually lay on their backs and don't spill out). May be an option for you but by far I like badgers more than my heavy leathers. Obvious tool co looks interesting as well I like the layout of thoes bags as well.
Nice! Yeah I like the trimmers because of my t'rex arms. Also probably gonna always run the belt so I can go shirtless in the summer. Brings all the boys to the yard
Why’d you go from the carpenter setup in your other video to the trimmers? Im on the fence right now fence now between the two just concerned where I put my tape on the trimmers.
I like the simplicity of the trimmer set. And being on the short side, I don't have to bend over to reach the bottom pocket on the trimmers. I still use my carpenter set, they are just on my fall harness. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for taking the time to review your set. It's appreciated! Hope the bags make your days more comfortable and productive! -Joel
Thanks Joel! They are awesome!

Thanks man! I do love the stubby pencil slots!
I’ve got a custom side by side trimmer and I love it
Nice video man. Great looking setup. I just got a custom as well and it is amazing.
They look great Ty. I have a set myself I just haven’t showed them yet. The brown was definitely on my radar 👌
I was skeptical about the brown, but honestly I really did the color.
Lmfao just the tip - nice. I want all these features on my next badgers

Nice looking pouch what was the turnover on a custom order if you don’t mind me asking?
I wanna say maybe 60 days for this?
Hammer holder is the only feature I look for. Who else has this hammer sleeve design? I tried the Perkins brothers belt but no like.
Basically all the majority players have them now. Occidental, Badger, Akribis, Diamondback.
Nice looking setup! Are you going to be running these for framing?
Primarily yes. A little trim and a little drywall here and there
Great vid, What belt size do you have?
Medium!

Thanks for the info! These are a pretty serious investment, after way too much research I just need to pull the trigger.
@zamom yeah man for sure. Either way, you're probably gonna love them.
Is that the brown color?
Yes!
How much were the add ons?
I wanna say the mods were about $80-90 total?
@@MillennialCarpenternice thanks for the info
Where you get them at? Got discount code?
Order them from badger's website. No discount code, lo siento
I hate long hammer and nail puller sleves
The shorties are super nice!
