As per my experience, Drink warm water mixing of ginger & small amount of Tulsi in empty stomach in early morning.
For Breakfast take palaya sadam ( Rice shoud be hand pounded) with Vegetable poriyal.
Take fruits preferably Pine apple/ Water melon / Musk melon/Pomegranate around 11am.
For Lunch take millet rice with Vegetables and salads.
Around 4 Pm take carrots.
For Dinner should finished by 7pm and take fresh kanji made from Karuppu kavuni rice .
8:30pm drink beetel leaves kashayam. And should sleep by 9pm everyday.
Completely avoid Tamarind, Red chilli.
Salt and Oil should be limited.
Atleast have oil massage 3 times per week.
The Rice quantity should be limited.
Do Yoga and Breathing exercise daily.
