Bruh, you just made my Monday great, thanks for the info!
I’m not a videographer, or a photographer, but I do love learning about different subjects, and your videos are super informative and engaging.
Great video! I really enjoy your business vids. Would like to see a more in-depth video on creating contracts to fit each project and pricing.
goddamn, THIS is the video I've been looking for, thank you!
You’re so awesome for this !
Amazing info, thanks Brandon
Been thinking about this for a while, but I’ve been stuck at that, thinking. Preciate the extra push to go ahead and do it.
So have you done anything or are you still “thinking”?
@@JosueGarciarace actually shot a house yesterday, not 3k a week and no videos but definitely more photos.
I love yo videos bro. You are my biggest teacher & inspiration for pursing videography. I hope to work with you someday
Good video. Most splits for agents these days are 80/20 and most have a cap. Once the cap is paid, they get 100%. Not all brokers do this. But we do have other fees that we always have to pay no matter what for each listing. We pay for photography, videography, magazine ads, online ads, social media ads, e-flyers, actual flyers, extra signage, open house things like food, water, drinks, events for larger houses, cleaners, staging consultations, floor plan creation and I'm sure I missed a few.
Best video on here, Big Facts
Great, informative brother 🙏🏻👊🏻
Bro, Ive just started a real estate virtual tour and Video business, watching your videos, Loving them! Great value here man keep em coming!

I’m just now seeing this as I am about to tap into this market !!!!
Holy shit man, you're absolute GOAT! Thank you for this!
great video as always truly appreciate all of the game you just gave us I know you get a million questions but I figured id shoot my shot with mine. I recently invested in a Blackmagic 4k and was wondering if you ever use yours for real-estate videos?
Yes I use blackmagic for real estate
Sold me BW, I’m in and now can’t wait!!!
Thanks for the information brother
Wow, awesome, informative video.
Great video! Just out of curiosity is the $500.00 charge you are referencing also entail drone footage? Or would that be a separate fee?
Was in the market for a home in Houston; will you link myself to a current video of yours of a house that is presently on the mls...?
My mom is a real estate agent in the Bryan College Station area and she has been doing it longer than I've been alive so 17 years and I have grown up with the all the agents so not to brag but I've got a small leg up in the Bryan College Station area.
I love this video I am 16 and am starting out I just got my first gimbal with money I earned taking pictures of houses
thank you Brandon.
any starting wide lens for full frame (canon) for real estate videography please?
thanks Brandon😊
I am an agent. I learned all of your tactics :D ;)
"Early bird pricing" ;) I see what you did there!
How many videos should I have to show my work? 2 - 5?
Hi, I'm from Mexico, how much do you recommend starting making this type of video with a smartphone?
Hi. I'm interested in one of your courses. Where is the right place to ask my questions?
Legend!!
Can you update this method?? i cant find the agents names or emails anymore it just has a form that says fill out a form to let Zillow know im interested
WAIT. YOU LIVE IN HOUSTON?!!?!? HOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS! I live about an ho and a half outside of Houston! Wow! You’re dope and I’d love to meet you one day!
500K for a house where I live will get you a one room hut 🤦♂️🤦♂️😂
That just means you should be able to charge even more lol.
When emailing agents. What should you write in your subject line?
You’re great!
Great video! Even though I have a demo reel and website I haven’t done real estate before. I want to get into it but people always ask to see previous experience. How would I go about making a reel if I can’t get the work to make one? I thought about filming local architecture.
If you can you should ask your friends/family who had a decent house if you can shoot a real estate video of their house to sdd to your portfolio. Then when agents ask you to see what sort of work you produce, you link the demo video in the email. Hope that could help a bit :)
@@jbj161 thanks!
Thank you so much for this. OMG #gems
So do you make yourself an llc or sole proprietor?
Great video...and hilarious(thumbs....special deal....)😂
Solid!
What editing software do you use?
Bro what music should I use for my real estate video?
Your awesome omg I just got a mini2 from dji my sister is a realtor so I'm gonna try and help her but omg your vids are informative and phucking funny at the same time thanx brother I'm gonna sub and try to learn how to help my sis and maybe make a few extra bucks lol... Love this vid
You sound like Chris rock
What's up Brandon. Love the video tips. I'm using a Ronin RS3 Gimbal and I recently purchased the Vertical adapter but I see most Real Estate Videographers shoot Landscape. What are your thoughts on shooting Portrait ?
It really depends on where the realtor is planning on sharing the content. However if you shoot horizontal you can crop for vertical it just won’t be the best resolution
how long should a real state video be?
How would I go about getting paid? Will I get paid the of or will I get paid when the realtor get paid?
Whole time I’m looking at the map like wait that look like my city lol big 610 loop 🤘🏾
Houston is big but is too hot and has no personality.
This is a game changer
Aye wassup I ben struggling how do I get paid from real estate agents when I do a video for there property🏠, do they pay me in💵cash Apple 🍎 pay, Cash App✅, Zell? Also do they pay me before I do there real estate video for them or after?
7:57-8:11 alright, these 14 secondes made me subscribe to your channel :'D
If im in Mexico which page should i use to contact these people ?
What I have not heard mentioned is ... what if the house does not sell? What does the agent make after spending what must be spent upon advertising? $ 0. There are many reasons why the house does not sell or is taken off the market.
Hey brandon do you need a license for shooting a real estate video?
How do I get work to show before I reach out. You know what I mean✅
How do I get real estate jobs just starting out without any previous videos?
What is a good wide angle lens. I usually use ff cams but decided to use my pocket 4k with a new 12mm lens and it was not wide enough at all
Yeah micro 4/3 typically is about a two times crop. So that gave you a24mm. Not wide enough. I’d go with Lawoa zero D 9mm lens. It has no distortion (they say) but it’s for sure not a fisheye.
@@bwashmedia Big Thanks bro!!! I am not sure why I have not shot real estate in the past after this slow-down. Great video!!!!
My current set up is the Sony a6400 and dji mavic air 2! Do you have any recommendations for the best gimbal since the Sony a6400 doesn’t have in body stabilization?
I would go with the ronin SC
Brandon Washington thanks!
Do you have a wide enough lens for your a6400 to shoot real estate?
Your course is fairly priced. Does it include standing out from competition and website design for real estate videographer.
No it doesn't but that is a good idea. I should add a module for that. Thanks for that Idea.
I live in Houston....let's grab some coffee one of these days?
Has anyone ever got 6 listings from 20 cold emails? 🤷♂️My ratio is way lower... Brandon if you can show me you can get 6 new listings with normal rates from 20 cold emails I will Venmo you $100. I think you are way too optimistic about how hard it is to book a client. Other than that I love the video and your strategies. Thanks for sharing. You rock!
Expecting 6 listings from 20 cold emails is WAY too optimistic. I think he even knows that.
so what if you never did a real estate video and want to dive in from scratch
do you still have the training course ??
I researched Zillow and I found out that the agent listed there is not always the agent. If they’re not available it goes to another agent immediately. Therefore, since house will be sold to any available agent, would that mean that it’s not worth them to pay for a video when another agent can make the sale?
Have you found any other info since making this comment?
Great video! Does shooting and editing only take you 1.5 hours per house or is that just the time spent in the house? How much time do you usually spent at the house vs editing?
Hour in the house 30 min editing and about 30 min exporting and uploading the video for the client.
@@bwashmedia awesome! Thanks for the quick response!
hi prother can you help me
Keep in mind they get a marketing budget from their Broker, as in the broker will pay for X amount of the marketing.
Start at $2000; come from a plce of confidence when selling your services and showcase your work🔥👊🏽
Love your content bro but your voice 😂😂 hilarious
Is that a LAFS clapper in the bg??
What if you never shot any videos before , and you have nothing to show them ?
