Guys. Cuttlefish live 1-2 years at most. This thing was gonna die next month. Octopus and squid have similar life spans. They are extremely sustainable due to their rapid spawn and growth rate and they are delicious. I’d 100% rather see someone shooting and eating a cuttlefish than the typical demersal fish you’d buy for dinner, what grow very slowly and have lifespans of 80 years. Cuttlefish are no more intelligent than the pigs, cows, sheep and fish you all eat.

probably within the rules but its not good to spear them because divers and snorkelers love looking for them and when they see spearfishos taking them those other people try and push for exclusive zones etc because of it.
