Rahul Dravid should have accepted the Bonus amount and then he himself should have distributed the money to his staff. This way he would have made sure that everybody got their well deserved share . This would have been a better outcome.🙏🙏

If he accepted the money, then he has to pay tax. Then get into the legal problems of gift deeds to the staff. Then the staff will also pay tax.
If BCCI pays the staff more directly then tax is deducted only once
