I have subscribed coz like your channel, your village life pretty much reminds my childhood days back in the days. If you don’t mind, I would like to make a suggestions, since you live in the farm house, if possible :
1. Keep good number of chicken so that you don’t have to buy eggs from Bhojpur bazaar and also meat from shops in the village.
2. Keep milking cows so that you don’t have to buy dairy products from the market,
3. Growing Seasonal vegetables may help you save a lot of money on vegetables.
I know you cannot grow rice and spices you have to buy them.
I'm so happy while watching you over there.. that's the real and simple villagers Life.. warm and tender greetings from Philippines..

I did notice that. The reason probably due to the elevation. It's colder and the oxygen might be scarce hence the insects might not survive that kind of climate

What kind of seeds was that , you put in the oil first , was it good?
Coriander when it rape it had seed n we keep that seed and when we cook corry we use.
mix dry spice , it gives a taste flavor

Bhumi, i had i suggestion - please try to make a water tap near your fire place/ Kichen(Langar). Its much easier for you to take and use water. Going up there need time. Just like in the Town where people use a water tap near their kichen.

How do you keep your pork from going bad without Refrigeration do y'all have electricity
As you can see after slaughter meat, they cook right away. Dry others on rack I think
i put it up over the oven after boiling out , it will be good within a week
