From what I have seen in Jefferson county Texas. They can't spell I-Q. Hopefully they will be good cops, but that is rare!! THERE EGO GETS MOST OF THEM. ( GOOD LUCK)
After viewing a couple of videos, I can definitely tell that this department values the community and its members. That is honestly my largest consideration when applying for departments. I`ve always wanted to serve the people in my community and to protect them when they are faced with danger. I joined my volunteer fire department here in Allentown, NJ to meet that goal. But I`ve always had a passion to build relationships with other community members to learn what concerns or suggestions they may have regarding quality of life. Thats my main reason for steering more toward police than fire. Do you know when the next hiring process will be? I would love to fill out an application as soon as possible.
