I was given a car once when my car was in for warranty service. It was from a rental company that is setup in the dealership (Not affiliated with the dealership). As I drove it home, I thought, this interior is disgusting. I didn't even want to touch the steering wheel. There was all kinds of garbage in the back seat. I even found a disposable camera shoved down the back of the seats. This is how you give people rental cars? Seriously? There were a lot of surface scratches on the outside of the car and big blob of tree sap on the trunk lid. I spent the rest of my day detailing that car. Inside and out. I got the sap off of the trunk lid and I got out all the scratches in the paint. When I was first given the car, the guy went around and noted all the scratches and dents on the car. When I took it back, I could see he was confused because he couldn't see the marks that he had noted on his paperwork. The inside was spotless. I told him I had detailed the car and he says, "You didn't have to do that. This is the oldest car we have in our fleet." To which I responded, "And now it looks like the newest car in your fleet." Really, do they not have people who clean the cars after every time someone returns it? 🤔🤷♂

When you have hard stuff on a floor mat or carpet,use a hammer to break it up,then it will come off easier,those cloth seats soak them with mean green then hit them with the hot water pressure washer then vacuum,only take a cpl hours to dry!!
