    Today, Kingpin learnt a valuable lesson. Two, in fact.
    1. If Spider-Man is being quiet, you fucked up.
    2. Spider-Man is pretty much ALWAYS pulling his punches. Otherwise he'd be killing regular crooks left, right, and centre. That's why the Kingpin always thought he could beat Spider-Man in a fight, because Spider-Man is always holding back. Similar to the whole Superman "With every step, an earthquake. With every breath, I could create a hurricane" thing, but less so.

      The thing about Spiderman is, he doesn't look anywhere near as strong as he actually is. In gaming terms, his strength has the "invisible power effect" advantage. Instead of being a beach God rippling with muscles from head to toe, he has spindly little arms and legs and a rather puny torso. it's always a shock to see how much force he can actually bring to bear.

    • @ShadowdaHedgie11
      @ShadowdaHedgie11 Před 2 lety +140

      @@TheDetailsMatter He's a lot more muscular than he used to be... and the thing is, while he is VERY strong, that's not the main thing his powers are really based around. They're more based around flexibilty and agility rather than full-out strength, and he can't really match up against some heavy hitters such as Thor and Hulk, although it might be unfair to compare him to guys like that.
      His strength is definitely superhuman, though. Captain America, who's basically supposed to be at peak human fitness (although I'm pretty sure his strength counts as superhuman) can lift 1,200lbs... or 1.2 tons, whereas Spider-Man can lift 10 tons. This information is from a wiki though, so... yeah.
      But basically while Spider-Man is really strong, his main thing is agility and his spider-sense. And if he was all bulky with muscles, he wouldn't be as agile.
      Remember, kids. Radiation: It does a body good.

      let's do some physics
      since he held a train a plane crashing and a building,
      a plane that is crashing:
      it's 80_000 kg and the height where planes fly is around 10km
      so g = G * Me / (Re + 10)² // Me -> mass of earth | Re -> radius of earth
      g = 6.67 * 10^-11 * 5,972 × 10^24 / (6371*10^3 + 1000)² // converting from km to meters
      g = 9.81 N/km
      so the accual force that the earth or gravity was applying to the plane is
      p = mg // m -> mass of plane | g -> 9.81
      = 784800N
      so for spiderman to hold that plane he needed to apply 784_800N to the plane to prevent it from crashing
      lemme remind you, the bite of a T-Rex is 35_000N
      his punch is stronger than the bite of a God damn T-Rex
      and thats only when we calculated for the plane we haven't calculated the force he applied to hold a building
      fun fact: Spider-man has beaten a T-Rex

    According to canon, Parker has Class 10 level strength which means he can lift 10 tons with great effort. Its not nearly at Hulk levels but still around 100 times the strength of a normal human being of the same size, weight and age.
    Fisk is HUGE and he is strong and he can fight but he's still a normal human being who AT BEST could deadlift 600 lbs under great strain.
    Fisk can hold his ground against Daredevil or Punisher but he never had a chance against Parker.

    • @ATalesTruth-
      @ATalesTruth- Před rokem +12

      Spider-Man’s actual limit is above 10 tons
      At his most adrenaline exertion of strength he can lift about 100-200 tons at most in his prime
      That is about as heavy as a ferris wheel
      The idea is peter when he first started out as Spider-Man had the same physique of the nerd who has no muscle mass or worked out even when he got the powers of a spider that his limit was 10 tons when he first started out at 15
      Given he hasn’t trained his body yet or fully developed
      But as he grown up and has been doing Spider-Man stuff for years his strength grew, like it’s said he became a 25 ton lifter within the same year as he increased from 10 to 25 by working out or doing his thing as Spider-Man and it wasn’t till he was in his mid twenties did he start lifting (AT MAX)about 100-200 tons
      And this makes sense given if in a year he can increase his strength from 10 to 25 that’s 15 tons increase in just one year
      being 15 starting out as a 10 toner to 25 in a year
      Assuming he increases his max strength by working out and growing into and adult
      And physical people are at their prime in their mid twenties anyway so
      So by the time he is 25 he is in his physical prime
      And 10 ton plus 15 tons every year for 10 years
      His max would be about 150-170 tons
      And it likely stop their given he is at his physical prime
      But that kinda show’s Spider-Man shouldn’t be underestimated in any fight

    Just like the Goblin, Ock, and carnage. Kingpin definitely deserves to get axed. However if Peter ever crossed that line he would be no different than the people he put away. He would have proven Jameson right about him being a murderer and a menace. He would no longer be your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man we know and love. Would just be a dark souless killing machine and shell of the good man he once was. The fact he hasn't went on the path like punisher, wolverine, and even batman shows how much better morally he is than those guys. Those guys are lost causes that will never know what peace and humanity feels like again. They are lost in a pool of darkness. Peter always had this light in this dark world. Without the light there would be no hope for humanity. That is why he is my favourite hero. He never fully loses himself in the darkness

      I disagree. This is the difference between Spiderman and a character like Batman. Sometimees good people have to solve the problem posed by an enemy so that it can't come back. Spiderman gets that. Batman is too afraid of himself.
      I honestly think that Spidey could kill if he want to, and come back from the abyss easily. His soul isn't tarnished by the level of hatred Batman struggles with. Batman doesn't kill for fear of losing control but I don't think Spidey has the same hangups so it's just not the issue for him that it is for Batman.

    The fact that Kingpin gave a whole speech about how foolish and outmatched Spider-Man is against someone like him is just showing that the REAL issue here is actually Kingpin's arrogance. That he actually believes his own hype, he honestly thinks he's as untouchable as he says he is, and that he truly thinks he can take Spider-Man in a straight fight because _he's that strong._
    All Spider-Man had to do was remind him that _he has superpowers and Kingpin doesn't_ to make him realize that he's NEVER been strong enough to take on Spider-Man. Spider-Man is just that good of a person _to never use his full strength_ . I can only imagine how crushing the realization was that Kingpin was NEVER going to win like he THOUGHT he would.
