I used to buy Ezekiel bread but found out it contains soy, so I now buy Dave’s Killer bread. My daughter is allergic to soy. I always check the labels, though, since it can very depending on the type.
We don't have a trader Joe's or Costco. We have a Sam's club. I'm doing a low spend grocery month this month and I am spending $50 or less a week for our family of 5. We want to use up our on hand food and use what we have in the freezer so nothing goes to waste. I enjoy your videos and seeing what yall get. I love grocery haul videos!

Yes at first it was a real challenge! I think figuring out parking and where to get groceries was probably the most challenging part. But soon we got into a rhythm. That really helped!❤️

Yes! We don’t have a lot of fancy appliances because when we moved we couldn’t fit them, but we do have 2 instant pots and they really help!

I use it to swish with after brushing. It’s supposed to be a way to naturally clean and remove bacteria. My teeth definitely feel cleaner afterwards!
