Getting used to changes after a new title has been released is a given, but just look at the two combos at 2:45. My grandma can do them and it's 5-6k damage. The rest doesn't seem much harder to pull off either.
I'm disappointed they changed his settings. My combos from CP doesn't work on him anymore. I wish they haven't change him much.

In what universe would Terumi need a nerf?????? Even with these additions he's firmly in C tier. Sounds like a learn to play issue to me...

I do. His combos in CPE were only a tad bit more difficult than Ragna's. He's one of the easiest characters to learn in the entire series.
