Ray and Zach take a peek at the lists of the slowest and fastest-selling cars in the United States. In the former, Stellantis reigns supreme, although their dominance is being put into question (that's a good thing!) In the latter, Toyota and Honda clean house, while a surprising pick takes first place for the second month in a row! - Zábava
Bought a 2024 Honda Civic EXL in Chicago, IL just a month ago. Focused on the out-the-door price and got it for 30k OTD. Under MSRP and used the Honda Financing for a low APR (All banks I contacted for pre-approval wanted 7%+). This channel is very informative and how to negotiate car prices and I am very thankful for it

Which dealer did you buy from?
I got a 2024 Toyota RAV4 for that much.
Before 2020, dealers stocked up to an average 86 day supply. We are currently at 76 days. The best deals have yet to come
Toyota is purposely keeping production low so forget about a good deal if you want a Toyota
@@sachinnair91 Stellantis, having the highest supply, are still trying to hold strong to their high prices. The tariffs on Chinese vehicles in August and interest rates not dropping, may cause them to finally drop prices in North America
wrong. i just saw car lots in austin. 10 huge lots all different cars trucks. every lot stuffed stuffed full even car max lot nearly full. field of trucks off i35 too
@@angie-xy5sf Cox Automotive Inc. is wrong? This # is how long the average vehicle isn't sold throughout the U.S., not how many

Misleading title? They did a list of the fastest and slowest selling cars not the best cars to buy?
They are ex-salesmen... What do you expect?
That’s all they do is clickbate and make these ridiculous videos over and over again.
They analyze the market for cars and the supply and demand, so it’s relevant to find the best price. Cars not selling off the lot (high supply) are more likely to have deals. The title is not misleading at all.
@@silky3424I agree, this channel is providing valuable information to the public. I support what they do and how they do it! Sure, I have to sit thru some lame jokes but it’s a small price to pay for something I didn’t pay for.
Slowest selling cars are the best cars to buy due to discounts. Fastest selling cars will have the mark-ups. I’m in sales so I thought this would be some good insight!
Thank you everyone that puts these videos together. You all have helped me out, with all the advice. I took all of the advice on what to do and not to do when buying a car, and this was just me but I got them to take close to 3,000 off the price without having to pay any b.s add ons and what nots. Big thanks to you guys.
What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.
There are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy situation, but such execution is usually carried out by an investment specialist
I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started investing. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders
Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service? Seems you've figured it all out.
Just research the name Angela Lynn Shilling. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Thank you for this Pointer. It was easy to find your handler, She seems very proficient and flexible. I booked a call session with her.
No surprise the limited supply list includes the Highlander, as there can be only one.
Lol I see what you did there 😂
I buy the slowest selling vehicles for the incredible bargains.
Excellent video
Here in Dallas, new 2024 Toyota Corollas are still being sold over MSRP with dealer markup and forced pre-installed packages. Now that I know the Corolla only has a measly 26 day supply and is one of the most sought after cars in the market, I guess I'm not surprised
And other than the $40-$50k GR model, you can't buy one with a stick.
I know I'm not telling you anything you don't know, but you should shop out of town a bit. Get a way better deal then go back to your local stealership and ask them if they really want you to buy your vehicle out of town. 9 times out of 10 they will price match, and if they don't then hey take a little trip and go get your new car. I've driven to Cleveland, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky to get a better deal a little mileage is worth thousands of savings to me.
@@henrymatthews9365 Good advice, thank you brother
It's a shame about the Nissan Titan. It's a good truck but Nissan never really got behind it and tried to market it. Now there are only two brands left that offer a V8 and they have both hiked their prices tremendously. Less competition is never good for the consumer.
It's so true, I love my Titan. It's an amazing truck.
It’s an ugly truck
I have a 2020 “ leased” Kia Sportage that is up next month. I was hoping to lease a new one, but w/interest rates I would be paying a whole lot more than I am. I didn’t really want to buy out this 2020 one What’s your advice?
I am going to test drive a 2025 Camry Hybrid LE early next week. If it is better than my 12' Altima as far as ride quality and comfort I might buy it if the price is right.
Maybe Range Rover buyers purchase a couple of them so they have something to drive when the other ones are in the shop for repairs.
With any luck they won't need to call Uber for a ride to work.
😆🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's true of German cars too. That's why I don't even wish my worst enemy a Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, or Benz
I would never again buy any kind of brit car.
@sachinnair91 Yet somehow all the vehicles you mentioned are massive sellers and have legions of repeat buyers who were obviously satisfied enough with their present vehicle to buy another one from the same manufacturer.
The companies that produce them are independent and enormously profitable.
You can’t find a Toyota Prius or the unicorn prime edition.. How come they aren’t on this list?
I've bought two I-Pace in the past 3 years. Amazing car for ⅔ off MSRP. You can buy them for under 30k. You get an amazing bumper to bumper warranty.
No way this is true lol
Sounds like a ripoff
Ray's on fire! The Dodge Hornet jokes are landing lol
What is the best way to get a Suburban? New or max 2 years old.
got a good deal on a New Nissan Sentra thanks to this channel. 20k otd 4.9% apr. i confidently declined all of the bs add ons thanks to you guys!
I purchased a 2024 RAV4 XLE Premium last month late April, under MSRP. Low APR rate. Exactly what we wanted.
Hands down, best choice.
What was the total price?
As a rule of thumb, over simplified, what is a realistic out the door price versus window sticker on your typical vehicle? Let's say one trim level above base with average days supply?
Do your sales numbers include fleet sales?
When you say "sold" does that also include newly leased vehicles too?
Trying to find a Sienna AWD and while there is no lot inventory the difference in dealer markups is insane. Some are at MSRP and others want to charge $2k or even $5k. No thanks!
I gave up. Hoping this 2025 Odyssey hybrid news isn't fake.
I just purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 today. Thank you guys so much for all the help. I loved using the website.
Are the Toyotas hybrid w out on the stats?
thoughts on Lemon Law cars?
I have an Acura RDX 21’ bought CPO last May, at 13k miles. contastanly brought it to the dealership service. basically electronics would short.
head/rear lights wont turn off w the car. which would kill the battery.
Body control module repalced 2x
Sunroof brackets were replaced
sunroof drains were cleaned out.
had the car back in December after being out for 3 months bc of the BCM backed ordered.
in based in NY, I emailed lemon law apparently they dont accept this electonic/sunroof/body control module issues.
I tried talking to the dealership but they just say its “cosmetics” and your cover under warranty anyways….
I cant keep this car, and trading it in I’ll lose too much. is there no other options? 😪
Could be that the rainstorm of issues ends and the sun comes out for a long spell of many happy years of driving. It’s true that you will lose money if you sell so I suspect keeping it and attempting an internal reconciliation might be the wisest path forward. At least they’re good looking vehicles and they do drive quite well. Good luck!
$100,000 car fastest selling, tells me the car market starts at airline captains and up in wealth!
Fastest selling in terms of market day supply is skewed. If i made 2 cars and sold it instantly, I would have a 0 day market day supply. Market day supply is only for consumer vehicles. High end vehicles with high demand and low production numbers ruin the ratio and get a super fast or super slow market day supply
People stopped saving for homes (unaffordable) so they flexing on cars now (affordable in comparison).
I bought my last domestic in 2011, never looked back.
zach u have a funny dad , be proud of him , he missed his calling
How is the VW 2004 Atlas Cross Sport selling in the last 45 days.
Thoughts on the availability of deals for Subaru Forester, new or used?
Forester supply was tight before COVID hit. They are made in Japan and the production capability seems to be too low for demand.
I've been seeing ads lately for sales at subaru lots (cheap financing at least, but maybe also discounts), but I don't know which models they're incentivizing. Might be the lower trim level cars so if you want a more basic Forester I think it's possible.
I don’t abnomaly comment but thanks for all the videos and information!
How could one Access the same info but for Canada?
Why isn't the Prius or Prius Prime on your top selling list? The days supply must be negative because almost all of them are sold before the dealer gets them.
Nice 👍🏻
I’ve seen exactly one Dodge Hornet out in the wild.
Someone at my job bought a white Dodge Hornet R/T. Hope they made a good deal on it.
Hornet?! 🤓 I did a double take and paused the video to comment. My parents bought a brand new yellow AMC Hornet stationwagon in 1977. They wanted a dark green but it was unavailable. We had it for about ten years.
When I saw the AMC Hornet, I knew it would be a slow or no seller.
You would think other car manufactures would look at Toyota and think, If we build it well, They will come ! and buy 🙂
Flushed away their reputation over years. Time is up for many of them
Oh dope, I’m tryna buy a Titan here soon
Titan is a great truck!
We purchased a 2023 RS traverse. It will be my last because they are no longer making a V6 which I have now the dealer I used could only get six in a year in Canada Ontario. They were all pre-ordered. Quick AutoTrader search there are only 35 in the province of Ontario brand new for sale.
Buy a Jaguar and find it in the shop for 500 days.
I actually saw a Hornet a few weeks ago. Must have been a rental.
I saw three in the last month on flatbed trucks broke down. It could have been the same one..😅
Dang I’m going to buy a new Corolla in July… does this mean I won’t be able to negotiate well since they’re so high in demand?
Maybe if you find a color or trim that no one seems to want?
I think the faster selling vehicle is the Range Rover Velar. It is not 100k+. You can get them 65-80k. The RR Sport is 100k+. The Sport model easy to get but when we got our 2023 Velar R dynamic S, we waited 4 months to get it.
At a starting price of $74,000, I think the 2024 Jaguar I-Pace will remain on dealer lots for a long time to come.
Toyota only offered me a 500 discount on a Rav4. They do not seem to have any problems selling cars
It's the same way here too, the best they will do on a Rav4 is 500 off. They haven't had many for sale either, right now they only have one on the lot.
This IS getting better. Shop other areas. You will find one. Hybrid, not so easy to find but they are out there. My friend just found several in our area and he bought one. I am waiting for prices to godown a bit, if it ever happens on Rav4s.
Why are you so dead set against the Hornet?
For the # of toyotas, a local dealer that has a reasonably priced vehicle, and they exercise their position in the
marketplace.
Hornet jokes, priceless 😅😂😅
So much for Ford, GM and others who are eliminating sedans when Toyota is selling Camry's and Corolla's like hotcakes
Are we seeing a weakening in the SUV interest?
*Reverse competitive bidding is the only chance you have!*
New, Japanese built 2017 PHEV Prius Prime for $22.3k + TTL. Old $4.5k EV tax credit made it even cheaper... nuff said... still like new 6 years later... not giving it up for a while.
Modern car prices are insane. I guess we will own nothing and be happy about it... while new, unsold cars are dumped in landfills...
Are used cars or new cars the better deal right now?
Where are all of these Traverse's? You can't find one on a lot anywhere near here... I think those numbers are wrong.
The Traverse is a terrible suv bad engine doesn’t last 100,000 miles.
1 and two should have been grouped 1. cvt. 2. full electric
The 274 day supply of Chevy Blazer EV…is this the same (re-badged) vehicle as the Honda Prolog?
There is a really good point there made at about the 1:40 mark - what did circa 1,280 people find irresistible about the Dodge Hornet that no one else seems to care about? It could be the engines, Hornets are lively. It could be the styling, I think they look great (for a crossover). It could be value, they seem good value on paper. I've actually been kind of baffled by the lack of interest in the Hornet - it looks good, goes well, and has stuff you'd expect. I've read that it's a bit type-A personality and never really calms down, but you probably wouldn't notice that on a test drive. I wouldn't buy one, I know better for various reasons, but I don't understand why a crossover-obsessed America seems to be ignoring it.
As much as I've been a CDJR enthusiast over the years (3 Challengers, 2 Rams, a Magnum and several Wranglers) I think people don't trust the build quality. The LX platform cars had awful front suspension components and people seem to find the most random issues on Wranglers, but more than those, everybody remembers the smaller, cheaper cars from them, like the Caliber and the Nitro, the Dart and the Chrysler 200, with mild disdain at best.
People don't want to buy a car that will break down every month, that simple Gerisheng
I want the ipace so bad but it’s too expensive
Ive seen a Mach-e being used as a municipal vehicle, I guess thats where theyre all getting dumped
In 2008, the CEO of Indian carmaker Tata, Ratan Tata, flew from India to Detroit so he could meet the Ford CEO and discuss buying Jaguar Land Rover Range Rover from Ford. Ford sold JLR to Tata though the Ford CEO treated Ratan quite poorly and told him he knew nothing about cars. Well, fast forward to 2024 and JLR is worth several multiples of what Tata paid for it back in 2008. Guess Tata's having the last laugh after all....
Still a garbage vehicle

thank you for not saying "Jag - Wire"
Or Jag-U-war?
@@robj2704 He did say jag-you-ar in this vid; odd to hear it with an american accent rather than a british one.
I’ve seen two Hornets in the road
I'd love to see a fastest/slowest selling list based on units sold
Why the Hornet the car they could afford?
They will finance a Hornet to anyone with bad credit just to get rid of them😅
the best and worst car based on days supply is a little bogus. Small volume cars can be either fastest or slowest easily. Case in point - Mach-E Mustang.
And the local Nissan dealer has a $5,000 mark up on the titans.
No markups at the Nissan dealership in my area. $2,000 discounts on Altima 2.5S right now.
Stay away from Nissans
My local Nissan dealer has a $5,000 dealer discount on new 2024 Sentras

What’s your understanding of the motorcycle market? Could use expert advice from people (like you) who remember women have money too.
I believe your data is off since there are thousands of new car dealerships in the country. Just for argument sake, there 14,000 Ram trucks for sale & there are 1000 Ram dealerships, that is only on average 14 trucks at each dealership which is not true since smaller dealerships may have one or two while larger dealerships may have more. I have seen at many dealerships in which they might have 1 or 2 models on their lot, they are for demo rides & not for sale. You have to order the vehicle you want & there is no negotiations on the price. These dealerships are going back to the 1950 & 1960 selling model to keep their overhead & inventory low. This also allows the dealership to charge full price. Also, they are constantly trading vehicles with other dealerships. In fact, the local Hendrick Chevy dealership states online that a certain car or truck is on their lot but in fact it is on a lot in another part of the state & in some cases on a lot in another state. Another thing I have seen is when a dealership will list a car or truck that is in transit but when a month or two later when you check on that same car or truck, the dealership will say that it is still in transit. I have also seen multiple dealerships list the same car or truck as being in transit.
Audi should be the list since they have no inventory to sell unless you want EV
That Jaguar looks like your average Ford.
You should do the same list with only ev
No ones buying evs anymore, hybrid vehicles are in now.
@overk1llz depends on the willingness of the seller.... I begin to see some incentive on Ev, and some of them are good.
Why isn't Caredge free???
Frankly , the only value in these numbers are an indicator of those cars loosing market appeal,or have gross quality problems ? It would be good if you backed up these sell ratings with their Customer Ratings !
Since I bought my Hyundai Venue a couple of weeks ago, all I ever see on the road now are other Hyundai Venues… lol
congrats! if you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for your Venue? Was it brand new or used? was it the SE trim?
I traded in a 2018 Mazda 5 with 68000 miles no damage original owner. I bought the Venue Limited $27000, I paid $14000 . Pretty quick process, ( pre approved loan through my bank, they couldn’t beat) . They had a bunch of added crap they said the state of South Carolina says you can’t take off once it’s put in. But I did get top model. (Limited) in Blue. New. 57 miles on it

How is the blazer the slowest selling EV when the ipace is at the top? That is an EV. FYI
No wonder in the past 2 years, each time I found a Sienna, it has a contract pending.
didn't Honda went from top 3 reliable brand to the dead last ? I read Honda has worse reliability now than Nissan or Mitsubishi. I guess people haven't caught on and are still buying
It’s probably the employees who bought all those darts
I'm waiting for the 2026 LeCar 😎
Learned to drive a stick in a LeCar. Got you from point A to point B as long as you didn’t need to go on the highway
If you put money down and a accident dont happen, wouldnt that be a good thing?
Toyota in the best auto maker on planet earth. Hands down
The I-Pace looks like a re-badged Ford Mach-E, or am I wrong? I cant tell any more, modern cars with very few exceptions look so cookie cutter I cant tell them apart any more. For an old guy like myself, its just so sad.
The Auto Industry can produce far more cars than people can buy.
The 3rd fastest selling vehicle is a car. So much for Ford telling Americans that Americans don't want cars anymore.
The Range Rover is just selling well because it was facelifted and RR drivers want the latest and greatest.
The “iPace” is never going to “sell out”. Jaguar is going to quietly remove these vehicles from circulation and either store or destroy them. They know this model is more of a liability than an asset.
Huh the traverse or hornet actually look like decent cars for do8ng normal people stuff. Id buy the slowing selling cars for better deal.
Jaguar I-Pace . . . . what the numbers mean is you will still be able to buy a new 2023 model in 2026.
Dodge Hornet - they need to integrate a car crusher as the last unit process at the end of the production line and save us all from the torment of the ownershit experience . . . . "spelling mistake" intended.
I simply cannot understand why Land Rovers would sell so well - the buyers must have mad cow disease . . . . either that or they are all also buying a Toyota for when the LR breaks down.
Worst vehicle to buy = any Stellantis vehicle
Just Empty Every Pocket (JEEP). Still a horrible vehicle that's extremly overpriced, and unreliable. Bad handling and noisy too. All the Jeep products are on the "Do not buy" list.
Well, I’ll buy whatever the last car was that Zach bought. Wait, huh? Zach doesn’t buy or own a car? But……
Range Rovers are all in S Cal.
Lot of them being driven by second wives in Scottsdale
Toyota Camry are very reliable. The only brand I am going to buy.
why wouldn't Toyota retool a few plants , and produce many more camrys and rav4s
Because I think they want to keep the demand high, so they can charge higher prices for them.
Because they risk quality issues if they overproduce which kills them both ways
Forget about Camry and RAV4s, the demand for Corollas is insanely high. Toyota could double the production of Corollas and still sell all of them. Toyota wants to keep demand and prices high and not have to offer rebates so they won't, greedy Toyota
The end is near when Toyota sells a Landcruiser with a 4 banger in it and calls it good!?!?
Hornet looks better than the Jaguar.
Remember people. Just because you can negotiate a good deal on them doesn't mean you should.
Stellantis can't sell vehicles because Stellantis makes shit vehicles.
