Doesn’t necessarily have to win the UCL to win the ballon d’or but that just guarantees it. If he continues on this rate with his numbers add a League title maybe CDR and Euros finals win should be enough to win it but after 2018 maybe it’s just best to give everything to win the UCL to confirm Griezmann winning a ballon d’or

Good video! I suppose one small nitpick I have is Griezi's form didn't start immediately during the World cup, but rather 1-2 months before it. Simeone had already been using him as a sort of hybrid midfield-second striker role, and he was excelling in everything from passing to even defending. He simply carried this form into the World cup and played in the same position under Deschamps for France.
The reason the numbers he put up seemed low before the WC were because they happened in 30 minute spans only per game, since Atleti were planning on scamming Barca lol. He used to come in and change the game for Atleti
