I looked for this everywhere and I finally found it which makes me really happy! Thank you for the unforgettable memories, it was my first time cosplaying ever (I was Denmark) and this whole meeting with you guys made me feel like I really was part of the community, thank you so much and keep up the great work!!!
If I remember correctly it said I forgot Russia's scarf again (on the front) I think on the back it was something like "this is the shame board" I cant remember what was on the back to clearly cause its been so long but the front is what I said. The funny thing is that that's what actually happened. The Latvia cosplayer forgot the Russia's cosplayers scarf at their hotel so it was pretty funny as the shame board was a weird in character idea ~Italy

What does it say on the sign that is on Latvia?
