the non-dual Self is another name for the SupremeSelf/Energy that you are..the non-dual Self doesnt experience, its not a witness it doesnt do anything..experience is an illusion..
I thought about a similar thing with the colors (or shapes). How to explain to a blind man what is a color (say green)? Or shape? Impossible….similarly any sense. In fact how to explain the 5 senses to even myself? 😅
Wonderful! I’ve done much reading on the topic and of course sitting on the bench watching videos. From an intellectual standpoint I pretty much ‘get it’. However from an experiential point of view, and thus the point of view that actually matters, I haven’t yet got it beyond brief glimpses of experiences of “one-ness with all” when I meditated once as a teenager and once when consumed by the beauty of a sunset in my 20s. Would you say meditation is a good avenue for experiencing non-duality? Of my two experiences only one was through meditation which I find… interesting! Thanks for the great content.
