I must have missed something, when did Ava promise that she would have Nina back exclusively. She has been a friend to that Real Estate Heiress, but Ava suspects that Nina had Sonny medication alter. And Nina has slept with Drew, like she did with Sonny to have what was Carly. No sympathy for that nutcase.

Back in 2015 Ava did go to jail for killing Connie; Sonny went to jail for killin AJ ( he got pardoned by the Mayor or governor). Franco went to jail for his crimes too. There was a jail break & all of them escaped. Although we want these characters to spend time in jail for their crimes, it’s not interesting for them to have a long a$$ story line revolving around them being in jail. I’m no Ava fan but she’s had her fair share of karma ( her face burnt badly in the fire; lost Kiki…) Her karma will come again for keeping Sonny’s meds & whatever else she’s got cooking up.

But it's being Diane, I'm more than positive everything was legit. But I kinda would love to see the spin Nina would've done that made the contract to be void, because it would be funny to see Diane tear Nina to shreds in court for a second time. But once again I'm pretty sure Diane took all of that into consideration so I wouldn't even be surprised if in the contact Diane had made it very clear there are no takebacks in so many words. Plus, Nina is forgetting about one thing even if Ava & Carly still dislike one another I do have a feeling at the end of the day when it comes to it, they will stick together over Ava & Nina because not only do I remember a scene where Ava warned Nina about reporting Carly & Drew for insider trading, I wish I remember what episode it was. But the reason why I think they will stick together at the end of the day even if it's unknowingly or unconsciously is because to me Carly & Ava share something with Sonny that Nina will never share. They both have a kid with Sonny. But I'm team Ava all the way here. Ava is the one who is taking care of the mess Nina left behind with Sonny. The only thing I fault Ava for is not coming clean to Sonny when she found out his medication been messed with.

Valentin admitted that he had someone mess with the medication. probably a hospital employee. since ava is investigating sonny medication, she isn't working with Valentin.
