Hi Chloe! So excited for your new special gift! ✨ I purchased a small double flap myself this year and can definitely relate! One small tip I was told at the Chanel store was to open the outside flap first prior to changing the strap from the single to the double so that the hardware doesn’t scratch the lambskin. Once again, really happy for you!!

Congratulations on your beautiful new (to you) bag! I bought the same bag as a gift to myself for my birthday and I love it. Mine is vintage, lambskin, real gold hardware, from the 90s. Vintage Chanel is spectacular and is much better quality than anything Chanel sells these days. Yours is absolutely beautiful, and I hope you enjoy it!

Do you see any fading or purple color on the black? I had it stored and I saw video that said if I live in the humidity area that I should leave it out to breathe. What do you clean yours with? I have not conditioned it ever.
Hi hi! I haven't noticed any color change on mine. I store it in a cloth bag in my closet when I'm not using it. I haven't used any leather conditioner or cleaner yet, I just try to be careful when I take it out!
