Fine Tooth Comb vs Denman Straightening Brush | Silk Press Routine 💜
Hey guys! In this video I will be comparing whether a fine tooth comb or the Denman straightening brush does a better job when doing a silk press. I tend to use the straightening brush when i do a silk press and i have recommended it for better results in the past, so let's see if the proof is in the pudding.
Check out my blow drying routine I did prior to see how i blow dried my hair and also to see a comparison of the revlon blow dryer brush to a normal blow dryer.

I recommend you after straightening your hair add using flat iron again to tame your frizzy ends or bump the ends to tame the frizz,you can using curling iron as well if you don’t wanna flat iron again,making sure you have a clamp curling iron using bigger size,if you have heat setting trun down you normally with.

Thanks for the recommendation Ken. I’m trying to limit the passes to just once to prevent heat damage. These straighteners weren’t the best 🙈 Reminded me why I bought a new pair lol

Have you tried this brush with a hairdryer, the vents on it suggest to me it’s probably more suited for usage with a hairdryer for the blowout phase of the silk press rather than a straightener

For that kind of hair, you should use Ghd Platinum. I have the same of video, and I have also Ghd Gold Styler and the Platinum one.. well, there's no game! The straightner makes the difference on very curly hair.

Really? I gave up on GHD a long time ago 😅 I’ll look into the platinum one, but for the price i may as well pay for overseas delivery and get the Babyliss Pro lol

do you reccomend your remington pro ceramic straightener or your ghd for silkier results?

The Remington Pro over the GHD. It’s a good low price straightener, but if you have more money to spend get better ones. I’m pretty happy with em though ☺️
