Absolutely gorgeous although I would opt to have hardwood floors VS the white tile flooring. I can see that being dirty a lot unless you go with no shoes inside lol. It is a beautiful floor plan!

@@meezymiami954 Dead? On the opposite!! Happy and free!!!!! Having a house that size it is just a burden that makes sense only when you are risen kids. Otherwise, a small perfect place, easy to maintain while you are traveling half of the year is, IMO, the best choice. But of course, just an opinion. Many people when get older just want to stay in one place and smell the roses....and clean.

Who needs 4 bedrooms in a 55plus community? You can’t get your sons and grandsons living which you by the rage restrictions.
You could be living with adult companions, adult children, care takers or just like the space. There are many people living outside outside of 55+ communities that live in homes much bigger than they "need" by most peoples standards. I think it's just about preference. Thanks for watching. ☀️🌴

Can I ask a stupid question, the home is for 55+, that means for retired people, why retired need a 4 bed rooms house, two is enough.
Not stupid at all,, I've actually had this question a few times. I think it really has to do with preference. Some have guest rooms for adult children, live in care takers, roommates etc. Many people under 55 have bigger homes than they "need" technically, so it could be just like that, they just want to. Are these houses safe from destructions from hurricanes ? Is the location affected by hurricanes?
That's a good question, but no home can be hurricane proof. Homes can be built with hurricane impact windows, doors/garage doors and other safety measures to be fortified against hurricane force winds but there is a limit, acts of nature are unpredictable. All locations in Florida are affected by hurricanes at one time or another, it just depends on how big the hurricane is and what location it makes landfall. What I can say is I've lived in Florida all my life, the frequency of hurricane warnings is seasonal but it usually involves everyone getting time off of work you prep your home and you may lose power for a few days that's usually the extent of it, alot of wind and rain. For the majority of Floridans we are more concerned about snow storms, wild fires and earthquakes that happen in other parts of the United States than a hurricane. A hurricane is very dangerous, I don't want to trivialize it but it's not something we experience often as causing alot of destruction but it does definitely happen. With a category 5 hurricane some homes will be destroyed, people will lose power, it will be a very big deal to the people who encounter it. Thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴

So you have to be 55+ to live there so why are there all those bedrooms in that model?
That's a great question 🙂, sometimes people live with other 55+ adults as companions/roomates and each person has their own room. Others have additional rooms that are permanent guest rooms for when grandchildren or adult children visit. Some use additional rooms for hobbies like a sewing room, game room, memorabilia/collectible room etc. Thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴

Will they allow a % of people under 55 to live this community?
Hello. So they go by the 20/80 rule that is Florida Law and they are not at capacity. So you can be younger than 55+ if someone living in your home is 55+ and if 80% of the community is 55+. However they still have an age cut off which is usually 45. Younger people can visit but aren't allowed to live there permanently based on community guidelines. If you would like more information on building a home in this community or would like to see more options please let me know. ☀️🌴

I AM JUST WONDERING WITH THE HOUSES IN USA, MOST HAVE NO BOUNDARY WALLS AND NO GATES, SO IT IS VERY EASY FOR INTRUDERS TO JUST ENTER AND STEAL OR ANYTHING THEY CAN DO AGAINST THE OWNERS. WHY DESIGNERS OR CONTRACTORS HAVE NO CONCERNS ABOUT SAFENESS.
Good question. Some neighborhoods have 24hr security patrols that deter criminals. The houses themselves sometimes have alarms on the windows and doors and if they are activated and someone tries to come in they will go off and the police will come. Lastly people often have security cameras that are activated by movement surrounding their homes and they have weapons within their homes to assist in self protection.
